The whole team from start to finish were great. The team that came out to give the estimate, to the roofers who came on time, were very courteous, and ready to work. They were polite and had a great attitude throughout the day. Very honest and helpful. They cleaned up as if they were never there. Very professional and were top notch.

I have sent a couple of my friends to NFR & I have called asking for direction and it never matters what time we call we get an answer or a call back quickly. Christina has been so helpful and if she doesn't for some reasonhave a note with the answer she will certainly find it out quickly.

National First Response's representative Bianca Peterson made what was a very stressful project into a pleasure. Not that replacing a roof can every be a pleasent experience, her experience, patience and working directly with our home insurance made it easier for us. The staff replacing the roof were amazing, professional on time and took about 2 day to complete the entire roof. I also work from home, yest the first day was very noisy, felt they mauy come throigh the roof, but expected with the amount fo work that was being done. The second day, all I heard were the nailing and that was not as bad. Bianca was on top of everything, communicating to the insurance company and patiently explaining to us what was going to take place and what she needed from us, etc. We are very satisfied with how sooth this all went!

Josh took the time to explain what he was going to do and to prepare the work area to protect adjacent areas. Josh is personable and very knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job for the repair. It is impossible to tell which area of the ceiling was repaired and the original. National First Response will be my go-to for any future repairs.

Had to replace drywall, insulation and baseboards in addition to drying out and treating the area.

The whole experience with National First Response went so well. From the very beginning all the guys who worked to repair our home due to water damage--from the water mitigation team, to all the guys who worked on the rebuild, to the painter--were fantastic. I'm sorry I don't remember all their names but I would like thank the ones I can remember, Allan, Jeremy, Rick, Jeremy, and Dave. Were so grateful to PipeTech for recommending National First Response to us. I would highly recommend this company!!!

This is the best roofing company there is. They go out of their way to get your insurance company to pay for your roof replacement. They work with you when other companies give up right away.

Had water damage and Jeremy and Joey put a new floor in. They were very professional and neat the floor looks great.

Our church had wind and water damage that leaked into the building... a new roof was much needed... it was an old roof. We had water damage in the kitchen pantry as well on the ceiling in the Sanctuary. Colton, of National First Response was AMAZING as was the company. He was always on time, great communication and always responded quickly with any questions or concerns we might have had. We were recommended of this company by someone who had a new roof put on their house and they were very happy with the work and working with Colton. NFR Roofing Division Project manager Brandon Clayton and his experienced roofing crew, headed by Diego Trinidad, did an excellent job of replacing my roof after it sustained wind damage. Brandon was easy to work with, communicative and patient. Even though he was handling a lot of other jobs due to the monsoon, he always got back to me in a timely manner to answer any questions or concerns. Brandon was a huge asset, helping me to understand and negotiate the insurance claim process. Bottom Line: The work was professional and it was completed quickly, the roofers showed up on time, worked hard and well together, cleaned up after themselves; everybody was efficient and polite. Best of all, the contract I signed specified that NFR Roofing Division would do the work needed to replace my roof for the amount my insurance company authorized, and that my only cost would be my insurance deductible. They were true to their word. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Brandon Clayton at National First Response Roofing, and I love my roofing replacement!

We renovated our entire upstairs, and National First Response did an AMAZING job. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and friendly. You could also tell that each worker took pride in his/her craft. I also appreciated the clear communication when it came to budget and cost.
