Grace Benard did a great job guiding us through our roof repairs. The estimate process, planning, and workmanship of this company was great. The job began and ended on schedule and without any cost overruns. The workers also made sure the yard and surrounds were tidy at the end of each day.

We had 3 broken windows in the front of our house and National First Response provided the lowest quote. They not only repaired the windows with quality glass and inserts but assigned a project manager to keep me informed from measure through installation. I highly recommend this company!

Like almost any activity, there were some minor communication/coordination issues but overall things went fine. Would recommend the firm (particularly the roofing division) as they replaced my roof (from wood shales to regular shingles. Work crews were fantastic.

National First Response did such an amazing job on my new roof! The old shingles were worn down and were recently damaged from a heavy windstorm. They practically worked a 12hr day in the scorching heat to reshingle the roof with wind resistant Timberline shingles. The workers were quick, polite, and were very respectful of my property ensuring there was no trash left behind after a thorough cleanup of the yard. As a bonus, the project manager offered to have the rotted sidepaneling replaced at an affordable cost. Could not recommend this company enough!

I done a lot of research before going with National first response. I received 7 quotes, and everyone was trying to charge me more money for my roof replacement. I’m happy how fast they completed the job and made sure they took care of all my damage wood trim before installing the shingles. They also removed the gutters for no extra charge. There communication level was exceptional, and they finished 1 day early. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their roof replaced or repaired.

The team of roofers arrived a day earlier than expected and it was GREAT! They returned bright and early the following day and continued where they left off the prior day. They are courteous and friendly along with being efficient and very tidy. They took the time and effort to ensure that my pool was well protected from any possible debris. They did a fantastic job removing the old roofing and installing the new one. They took special care filling in the opening where my old swamp cooler used to be located and roofing over the spot. They painted the old vents and installed new ones to replace some of the old ones that needed replacement. We are extremely happy with the entire company from the roofers and Project Manager Brendon to Brooke in the office. She answered my questions and kept me posted throughout the entire process. By chance national first response stopped by our home. The best thing that ever happened to us. From that moment on we never had to do a thing or talk to anyone. They handled everything for new room taking the solar panels down and re applying. Nicole handled everything with our insurance company and kept us posted. They are top notch. Trying to get my insurance company to approve me for a new roof after many storms for the past 4 years, Seth swore if he didn’t get the roof repaired, he would become a life guard. I think it’s safe to say he is still a roofer lol. I got updates every single week keeping me in the know and I appropriated every text, email and call I got so I was always in the loop! Omar came to my home to install new floors after a flood, he was very professional and patient with all my questions. In my older home nothing is straight, when something didn't fit as it should he figured it out a way to solve the issue without sacrificing the look of the home. Highly recommend Omar if you are given an option to pick your crew.

I am the senior pastor of First Christian Church of Mesa. We had an incredible experience working with National First Response. They were our roofing contractor for an insurance claim, and their team went above and beyond in every way. They tirelessly advocated for us with the insurance company, performed excellent work, and were always responsive to our questions and needs. But that’s not all! Towards the end of our roof claim, we had a car crash into the front of our building, causing extensive damage. National First Response had a crew on-site within a couple of hours, quickly clearing debris and guiding us through the entire process. This was an extensive project involving multiple trades, all of which were professionally coordinated and managed. They were fast and efficient. They grabbed the bull by the horns and got the job with pure precision and quality in two short months. The personnel all were very professional, they knew what to do and no problems. They handled our claim from start to finish. They responded to my calls without fail. The previous companies never got the leak/leaks fixed after numerous 10 or more attempts. I had over ninety e-mails between them and myself and all they did was complain w/ excuses about the job and they lost money and never got the leaks fixed over 9 months. The insurance company recommended this General Contractor. I only have the upmost respect and trust for National First Response.
