After my entire home flooded, National First Response made a difficult situation a pleasant experience. From my Project Manager Cory to the trade workers, (Jeremy, Casey, Steve and the others I didn't get to meet in person) all were professional, did great work, were patient with my requests/questions and even cleaned up after themselves! They kept on schedule and offered excellent recommendations for other services I needed (furniture restoration and even camping tips!). I highly recommend them and would use them again!

We had NFR do a bathroom remodel for us. Their team was professional, courteous and did top notch work. They used a couple of subs (tile, custom vanity, shower glass) and they were also professional and courteous, and timely. The project included demo-ing a shower to enlarge it, installing new tile and glass walls. They also installed a new vanity and linen closet, tiled the floors, and installed a barn door. NFR was very patient with our process, and allowed us to add tiling the master bedroom and closet to match. We even had a kitchen pantry add-on to the scope. I had such a great experience from beginning to end with our roof installation with National First Response Roofing. Grace, the Project Coordinator, was always available when I needed her, kept me up to date with the progress of the installation and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. They did great work and I would use them again. I recommend using them to anyone needing any type of roof work.

National First Response did a great job of working with my insurance company to file the claim and followed up with them until the claim was approved. Nicole was fantastic to work with and called me every few days to provide updates. The roof replacement went perfectly - materials were delivered as scheduled and the installation team was fast and professional. All of the neighbors have commented on how nice the new roof looks!

My experience up to this point has been great they kept their word on everything they commited to. They backed their work with an above industry standard waranty and came in after another contractor could not and would not do the work and they got my house back in order. As long as they back the warranty they provided and back their work if ever needed I highly recomend future business with National First Respnce.

Great experience! From the get go the First Response team was super communicative, they made sure all aspects of the project were aligned and being handled properly. The Ops manager, Nicole and her staff were communicating with me weekly and throughout the process of the installation. The installation team was amazing, very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. They made sure the property was kept clean and maintained, they cleaned up after installation and made sure everything was right before they completed. These guys are pro level and on point 100%. Highly recommend this company for roofing…!

I done a lot of research before going with National first response. I received 7 quotes, and everyone was trying to charge me more money for my roof replacement. I’m happy how fast they completed the job and made sure they took care of all my damage wood trim before installing the shingles. They also removed the gutters for no extra charge. There communication level was exceptional, and they finished 1 day early. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their roof replaced or repaired.

This is by far the best company I have ever dealt with! They are all on the ball when you call or need immediate service. This is the second time we have needed them at my work and both times we received great quality of work fast and efficient! Christina in the office is amazing as well as Cody, honestly everyone I’ve talked to has been.

NFR Roofing helped with my wind damage and assisted the claims adjuster with the claim. Kyle was the project manager that helped out and was very helpful from start to finish. Can't say enough good things about my experience with this company and Kyle. Their crew came out and took only one day to complete and did a great job. The entire First Response team was both professional and educational in their repair of my water heater problem. We were referred to National First Response when we had a major plumbing disaster in our home. From start to finish, this company was spot on with their service, professionalism, and care! Eric was always super responsive, and the workers could not have been better! It was a massive undertaking with a lot of moving parts, and they helped us each step of the way including assisting us with all the insurance claims. That help alone deserved them a 5 star rating! I would give them 100 stars if it let me! I absolutely recommend using this company, and wouldn't hesitate for a moment to use them again in the future!

Josh took the time to explain what he was going to do and to prepare the work area to protect adjacent areas. Josh is personable and very knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job for the repair. It is impossible to tell which area of the ceiling was repaired and the original. National First Response will be my go-to for any future repairs.

They guided me on how to file the claim what to expect and even were present during the inspections to make sure the insurance pull through. They used the best materials, the workers and project managers were fast, clean, and constantly asked if I had any concerns. My whole roof was done in a couple of hours and the whole process was seamless. Guy and Ricardo were amazing at remodeling my moms bathroom in her condo. They made it handicap accessible so now my mom feels safe and comfortable. It was such a blessing to have National First Response come to the rescue today!!

What a great company to have worked with! After the storm, they were quick to come and help me out. Unlike other companies who were giving me a wait time of a week to just have someone inspect the roof. Michael was very helpful in answering my questions and making sure everything got done correctly. I would recommend to all my family in friends!

National First Response was there for us in the early morning just before Christmas when we found our 2nd floor boy's bathroom had an angle stop leak at 4am with water coming down through the ceiling below into our first floor and garage. Within an hour or so of my call to their 24 hour response number their remediation team was at work extracting the water and drying out our home. This quick response allowed our home to not incur any issues at all with mold which is huge when it comes to water damage. They have been phenomenal in not only the remediation part but with helping our family navigate the back and forth with both our insurance carrier and our mortgage company. We are now over 80% complete with the rebuild and we could not be happier with the way our home is coming back together and with the up to date communication and professionalism of their techs.
