I had a water leak problem that went into my walls and onto my carpets in my basement, being a widow I was in panic mode ! Chris Owens and his awesome team from National First Response, reassured me they would take care of me , and I was not to worry! What a blessing when in a little over a week, with the most professional, hardworking, thoughtful men, my basement is more beautiful then I could have ever imagined ! The entire First Response team was both professional and educational in their repair of my water heater problem. My unit 'blew' and the team responded with quick service and repair of the damaged area...advising me of the process every step of the way......and they we always on time. They wore their masks, as expected, and did a complete and thorough job. Nicely done!!!

They are very helpful and quick. They deal with the insurance directly for me so I don’t have to do that part.

I done a lot of research before going with National first response. I received 7 quotes, and everyone was trying to charge me more money for my roof replacement. I’m happy how fast they completed the job and made sure they took care of all my damage wood trim before installing the shingles. They also removed the gutters for no extra charge. There communication level was exceptional, and they finished 1 day early. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their roof replaced or repaired.

Amazing job. Highly recommend. I worked with Kyle for my roof. At first I wasn’t to sure, i hate calling insurance, Kyle assured me he would deal with everything. He kept me in the loop the entire time. So I was aware of everything that was going on without the stress. The roof looks amazing and was done super quick once it was approved. If you’re thinking about it, you should do it. Kyle was very professional and that’s important to me because I’m female so I’m always worried I don’t know enough and can be taken advantage off.

We have a repair shop that the roof was leaking Guy bond came out and took A look and said that the gutters were full of leaves and pine needles. Guy cleared out the debris afterwards we had no problems What a GREAT PERSON THX for all your help.

I can’t say enough about how patient, trustworthy, and kind this team was that was behind our roof project. Jeff and Kyle kept pushing the insurance to help understand what needed to be done at our house, Brendan and Mikey were our project managers and were very prompt. What a great company to have worked with! After the storm, they were quick to come and help me out. Unlike other companies who were giving me a wait time of a week to just have someone inspect the roof. We had water damage from a drain pipe inside our outer kitchen wall. Our plumber called National First Response, they came within an hour to access our damage, and started the restoration process the next morning. From the workers who tore out our cabinets, those who handled the water issue, to the workers who finished the restoration, they were all very friendly and professional, and on time. Like almost any activity, there were some minor communication/coordination issues but overall things went fine. Would recommend the firm (particularly the roofing division) as they replaced my roof (from wood shales to regular shingles. Work crews were fantastic.

Chris and his crew were outstanding resources in helping to restore our son's home following a fire. While another company did the major clean-up and clearing out the charred materials, Chris and his crew performed the vast majority of the rebuild - and we wish we had given the entire project to them. We are extremely happy with our new roof on house, back patio and detached shop done by National First Response Roofing . We also had some restoration work done on the inside of detached shop, water damage from roof leaks. From Cody handling claims, Mike the roofing Superintentent, and Nicole in the office were all great and communicative. The roofing crew was fantastic too. Not only their craftmanship they put into the work they used drop cloths to protect property and they cleaned up impeccably every day!! We had NFR do a bathroom remodel for us. Their team was professional, courteous and did top notch work. They used a couple of subs (tile, custom vanity, shower glass) and they were also professional and courteous, and timely. The project included demo-ing a shower to enlarge it, installing new tile and glass walls. They also installed a new vanity and linen closet, tiled the floors, and installed a barn door. NFR was very patient with our process, and allowed us to add tiling the master bedroom and closet to match. We even had a kitchen pantry add-on to the scope.
