National first response has been a great company to work for. Mike cam out and walked us through the whole process. They were very quick to take care of all the necessary paperwork. I had my new beautiful roof within a week. The crew that came out to do the new roof were very professional and kept the area clean and tidy. Found this company on the Heros for Hire group. Though they are not firefighters, they responded quickly and their team handled my remodel with amazing speed and high quality work. They worked with my schedule and were reasonably priced for the work I had done. I'll definitely use them again for future projects.

Great experience! From the get go the First Response team was super communicative, they made sure all aspects of the project were aligned and being handled properly. The Ops manager, Nicole and her staff were communicating with me weekly and throughout the process of the installation. The installation team was amazing, very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. They made sure the property was kept clean and maintained, they cleaned up after installation and made sure everything was right before they completed. These guys are pro level and on point 100%. My experience up to this point has been great they kept their word on everything they commited to. They backed their work with an above industry standard waranty and came in after another contractor could not and would not do the work and they got my house back in order. As long as they back the warranty they provided and back their work if ever needed I highly recomend future business with National First Respnce.

These guys did a great job replacing my roof. They came out quickly, to asses the damage. They even walked me through filing the claim. Every step of the process they helped with. We recently had our roof done by National First Response and it was the best experience. It was such an easy process and didn’t cause us any headaches and barely any of our time; which is nice when you have 3 kids. They talked to our insurance company, got them to approve a whole roof replacement when they were only going to approve a partial. The clean up was great and we’re so happy with the outcome!! The whole team was great. Kyle initially talked to Alex and got the ball rolling as to what they could do. Nicole was super responsive and answered any questions I had and was considerate by checking in on us during this whole process. Man where to start, this company not only completed exceptional work but really went above and beyond. Eric was so easy to communicate with and got right back to me. My 89 year old grandmothers door was damaged due to a storm and they installed a new door in 1.5 hours with a new frame. They even came the next day to complete the work. The results are amazing and now I will not have to worry if she is safe at her home. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone. Thanks for everything!

The entire First Response team was both professional and educational in their repair of my water heater problem. My unit 'blew' and the team responded with quick service and repair of the damaged area...advising me of the process every step of the way......and they we always on time. Our church had wind and water damage that leaked into the building... a new roof was much needed... it was an old roof.
