National First Response has been amazing to work with on an insurance claim. My insurance was being very difficult to deal with and NFR, without much of my involvement thankfully, managed the whole process and fought for me all the way. The process took months but NFR never pressured me for payment until the insurance company paid. The work by NFR, both the mitigation and rebuild, was top quality. All the people I dealt with from management to dry-wallers Were very professional I would highly recommend, without hesitation, National First Response. A big thank you to Kayla, Christina, Matt and Vennie. I appreciate all the work you did on my behalf during a very difficult time for me.

National First Response did such an amazing job on my new roof! The old shingles were worn down and were recently damaged from a heavy windstorm. They practically worked a 12hr day in the scorching heat to reshingle the roof with wind resistant Timberline shingles. The workers were quick, polite, and were very respectful of my property ensuring there was no trash left behind after a thorough cleanup of the yard. As a bonus, the project manager offered to have the rotted sidepaneling replaced at an affordable cost. Could not recommend this company enough!

The longest part of the process was dealing with my insurance company. That part took 9 months to an entire year to finish. (They were patient and assisted us as we went through the claims process) Once the claim was approved. No contract, no hassle. Just sent them the cost to repair and they handled the rest.NFR was then able to get my roof done in 2 weeks replacing everything. The shingles, the metal roofing. And patching up the inside issues as well.I'm currently thinking of having their assistance again at my other house.

Had water damage and Jeremy and Joey put a new floor in. They were very professional and neat the floor looks great.

Guy has been coming in to this Home Depot for 8 years and is alway courteous and friendly he stands out cause he always stops and says hi. Actually all the First response team are good as well. Would give Guy More stars if it was available.

We had the pleasure of working with Guy Bond on each of our issues. We have owned three homes in the last 4 years and had to have National First Response come out to deal with the problems. Each time, Guy was sent out to help us and he was very professional, timely, helpful, and a great representative for this company. BRAVO to the management and staff of National First Response! After a fire in our garage in October which caused upwards of 40,000.00 in damage - thankfully, our Insurance Company sent National First Response to the rescue! These guy's are truly a Class Act - They were very thorough, and went over every step in the recovery process in detail. With all of the employees in and out of our home while we were displaced, and not one item "walked off" our property, we always got a good feeling with everyone we came in contact with everyone was stellar, but a special thanks to Chris, Guy, and Vinnie for going the extra mile! After all the repairs were complete including complete renovation of the garage, and 1 bedroom, and serious restoration to two more bedrooms, paint carpet drywall water heater and the list goes on and on ... we were back in our home in under two months. If your looking for an honest hard working restoration company, that will do the job the way you would yourself, look no further.

Rick and his crew from National First Response did an amazing job painting our building and surrounding walls. The transformation is breathtaking. I would highly recommended them!

We had an overhead HVAC system failure with a resulting water leak in the living room ceiling, causing a large hole in the ceiling and lighting fixture displacement. Required repairs included patching and repainting ceiling area and rehanging lighting fixture. . The technician, Steve, did a perfect restoration job. We also appreciated the fast response.

Met with Nicole at the home show and she spent so much time answering all of my questions. She explained the process, offered to come see how current situation and give us all our options. I really appreciated her time and attention!!

Trying to get my insurance company to approve me for a new roof after many storms for the past 4 years, Seth swore if he didn’t get the roof repaired, he would become a life guard. I think it’s safe to say he is still a roofer lol. I got updates every single week keeping me in the know and I appropriated every text, email and call I got so I was always in the loop! Fast fair and professional

This is by far the best company I have ever dealt with! They are all on the ball when you call or need immediate service. This is the second time we have needed them at my work and both times we received great quality of work fast and efficient! Christina in the office is amazing as well as Cody, honestly everyone I’ve talked to has been.

This is the best roofing company there is. They go out of their way to get your insurance company to pay for your roof replacement. They work with you when other companies give up right away.

Fortunately, we didn't have an emergency at our house. We did do our research for our home remodel. Chris Owens and the crew were our choice for our home. We are more than happy with our results. We most certainly made the correct choice in contractors. Chris was always available for questions, clarifications and open communication. 100% comparable in cost too!!! Steve came out to put a new back door on. He had previously fixed my vertical blinds. Both times he was extremely professional and friendly, and did a terrific job. He did the job very nicely and cleaned up after himself. Just like everyone else at NFR, he was a pleasure to work with, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Had a roof replaced. They were courteous and worked hard. After the replacement was completed, they cleaned up and did an excellent job.

My Mom met Preston from First Response at a Home and Garden Show in Phx. She was telling him about my roof situation. He told her not to worry, that they would take care of me. Preston came over and was so nice. Long story short, thanks to everyone who helped my claim, I now have a new roof. Nicole Sullivan was at the end of everything and helped push everything through. She was so kind and patient with me. The roofers were also very professional and did an excellent job.
