National First Response is a fantastic company. Eric gave suggestions and was always quick to respond. The workers were efficient, skilled and friendly. The office managers were sweet and highly knowledgeable as well as efficient. I could not have had a better experience. I highly recommend them.

I had a water leak coming into my bedroom floor from an unknown source. Two plumbers could not diagnose the source. National First was able to come up with a plan to find the leak. Under the window they opened up a section of the sheetrock of the wall beneath the window. Water was sprayed outside of the window and some leaks were verified coming in below the window. Apparently, a few weeks earlier I had a bad rain storm and the wind was forcing the rain to come in below the window. It was determined that the WINDOW SEAL had failed or that there was not one installed. The plan was to pull out the window, reseal the window, reinstall it, re-sheetrock the open space, repaint the room, re-stucco the outside wall around the window, and repaint the outside wall. The carpet and carpet pad were replaced. It took several weeks to coordinate different contractors to perform all the specialty work. I was very pleased with the craftmanship and detail the workers did on the whole project. The estimate for the repair was right on spot. I had a few extra expenses for work I requested to be done that was not in the original estimate. I would recommend National First for any job relating to home repair.

NFR did a great job repairing our roof after the September storm. The Insurance Co slowed things down, but Mike, Nicole & Jeff were great to iron out those problems ! Thank You NFR !!

Guy has been coming in to this Home Depot for 8 years and is alway courteous and friendly he stands out cause he always stops and says hi. Actually all the First response team are good as well. Would give Guy More stars if it was available.

We had the pleasure of working with Guy Bond on each of our issues. We have owned three homes in the last 4 years and had to have National First Response come out to deal with the problems. Each time, Guy was sent out to help us and he was very professional, timely, helpful, and a great representative for this company. I am very impressed with the work that was done to return my home to its previous condition. The people involved were professional and enjoyable to work with. I was especially pleased with Jeremy and Joey who seemed to go above and beyond their job. They were always pleasant and informative. If I ever need help in the future, ( I hope not for repairs like this) I will be very quick to contact them.

I have own multiple commercial buildings including Auto I can save for a fact that Guy Bond and Eric Walters are the reasons why this company are so successful. On top of being extremely sincere they have what most companies don't have and that is a little thing called follow through. There motto of trust and verify I must say that I have stolen and used it in my business. The turnaround time was absolutely amazing and everything was handled 100% up to par. I had a severe water leak that was taken care of in a timely manner. I believe he's the manager but Eric was a perfectionist and Guy Bond couldn't have been more like family. Amazing job. Highly recommend. I worked with Kyle for my roof. At first I wasn’t to sure, i hate calling insurance, Kyle assured me he would deal with everything. He kept me in the loop the entire time. So I was aware of everything that was going on without the stress. The roof looks amazing and was done super quick once it was approved. If you’re thinking about it, you should do it. Kyle was very professional and that’s important to me because I’m female so I’m always worried I don’t know enough and can be taken advantage off.

Steve came out to put a new back door on. He had previously fixed my vertical blinds. Both times he was extremely professional and friendly, and did a terrific job. He did the job very nicely and cleaned up after himself. Just like everyone else at NFR, he was a pleasure to work with, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

We had 3 broken windows in the front of our house and National First Response provided the lowest quote. They not only repaired the windows with quality glass and inserts but assigned a project manager to keep me informed from measure through installation. I highly recommend this company!

My overall experience with NFR was very positive mainly because of the dedicated follow-up of Grace and Mike. The crew sent to do the work took longer than expected with some minor details not completed. When I called Grace she was excellent in her concern and diligent follow-up with me. When Mike came to inspect the work he made sure it was done right. Both Grace and Mike were a delight to work with….if I had a company I would hire these two in a heart beat!

They were fast and efficient. They grabbed the bull by the horns and got the job with pure precision and quality in two short months. The personnel all were very professional, they knew what to do and no problems. They handled our claim from start to finish. They responded to my calls without fail. The previous companies never got the leak/leaks fixed after numerous 10 or more attempts. I had over ninety e-mails between them and myself and all they did was complain w/ excuses about the job and they lost money and never got the leaks fixed over 9 months. The insurance company recommended this General Contractor. I only have the upmost respect and trust for National First Response.
