Joey & Jeremy did a great job and trust full they now how to treat the customer. put down tarps cleaned up the area left nothing behind would recommend the two at our place as well as use the company. they call to confirm in advance and when on the way morning of, I like that gal doing the calling was great as well.

After that tornado/microburst in September of 2023, my roof sustained some major damage. Kyle Cordova did a free inspection and gave me a detailed report of the damage. He also called the insurance company with me and established NFR's involvement as my contractor. Kyle worked directly with the insurance company to get everything covered. I also door damage from th3 same storm so Kyle connected me with the right division within his company to get that fixed as well. At my house, we have quite a few animals and I explained to Kyle about the care that needed to be taken for their health and safety. This was relayed to Justin, who was the on-site project manager. There was a miscommunication with the crew on site that led to an issue. One call to Kyle and Justin took care of it, and there were no further issues. I am very happy with the end result and how my roof looks. There was a delay, on my insurance company's part, on getting my door done but that is now in the works as well. Nicole, in the office, has been fantastic to work with on the payments from the insurance company and my deductible. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this company. The customer service, and care, that I have received has been top notch.​

I can’t say enough good things about National First Response. After a large storm caused damage to our roof, they came out quickly to assess everything and immediately put us at ease. From the very beginning, they walked us through the entire process step by step and handled the insurance side of things with professionalism and persistence. I have own multiple commercial buildings including Auto I can save for a fact that Guy Bond and Eric Walters are the reasons why this company are so successful. On top of being extremely sincere they have what most companies don't have and that is a little thing called follow through. There motto of trust and verify I must say that I have stolen and used it in my business. The turnaround time was absolutely amazing and everything was handled 100% up to par. I had a severe water leak that was taken care of in a timely manner. I believe he's the manager but Eric was a perfectionist and Guy Bond couldn't have been more like family. I recommend this company to anybody five stars if I could give it 10 I would again thank you guy and Eric

Going through the process was great and the communication was great. They were very professional, very fast at getting the job done. After finishing the job they did amazing with housekeeping, I appreciate them walking through my yard with a magnetic to pick up the nails.

At first I wasn’t too sure when the two gentlemen approached me telling me about how they’d handled everything and I’d have a new roof. In the end I couldn’t be happier, most I had to do was call the insurance. They handled everything from there after, Nicole stayed on top of keeping me informed. Once everything was approved, the crew took 2 days to strip roof and install new roof. Highly recommend giving them a call.
