So where to start. A few months back, during our atmospheric river rain, I developed a roof leak. I live in a patio home with a flat roof. I went on Angie's list and selected four contractors to come out and give me a quote for roof replacements. Each one went up on the roof and saw a pot of gold and wrote their quotes. Why was I shocked? I didn't know what I was going to do. I then got a call from Brendan from National First Response as he saw my requests on Angie's list. He asked me if they could come out and look at my roof. I said sure. We got up on the roof and started looking around and he brought to my attention that my roof had major hail and wind damage, so we needed to contact my insurance company first and get an adjuster out to look at the roof. The insurance adjuster looked at my roof and agreed with Brendan. The insurance company wrote up their quote of what they said they would pay to do the needed work of replacing the roof. Nicole in the office was my go-to person to set up scheduling. She did a fantastic job of keeping me informed of all aspects of the work. She made me feel comfortable with all the work that was going to be performed on my house as this was no small job. She made me feel very confident that no corners were going to be cut regarding my roof repairs. Nicole scheduled the start date and sent Michael, the project manager of this job, out to go over with me the aspects of the job. Fantastic young man! The crew showed up on time and got right to work stripping the roof. Once the roof was stripped, they discovered the wood decking was damaged. Nicole said don't worry, Michael was getting photos and they were submitting an additional damage report to the insurance company. They followed up with my insurance company to get the approval for the decking replacement. Now mind you, not all insurance companies are alike. They also worked with me to replace the fascia along the edge of the house and to bring the patio roof and laundry room, which was flat, to conform with the rest of the roof at a fair price. Bottom line, if I could push the golden buzzer on National First Response I would. Thank you, Nicole on giving me a five-star confidence of your company, Michael for being extremely professional in your work and crew and also your crew, who did an excellent job in craftsmanship. I guess I don't have to say that I highly recommend this fantastic company, which is rare in this day and age.

Contacted National First Response after the latest storm due to our roof shingles being blown off, and they did a great job! My roof was done within a week and a half, plus they were able to work with the Insurance to get the whole thing replaced. Satisfied customer here!

National First Response is a fantastic company. Eric gave suggestions and was always quick to respond. The workers were efficient, skilled and friendly. The office managers were sweet and highly knowledgeable as well as efficient. I could not have had a better experience. I highly recommend them.

National First Response (NFR) recently did my roof underlayment replacement and an interior repair. It started with a roof leak during raining and a small water damage it caused. I called NFR and they dispatched Mike over on the same day. Mike immediately placed a tarp to cover the leak area, with no change (regardless of whether or not NFR would be hired for further roof work). One other company would charge $500 for just putting a tarp on. NFR did an awesome job on the interior repair. After a small patch of drywall replaced and repainted, it looked like nothing happened. I was very pleased.

They are extremely professional, have great quality work/materials and are so fast! My roof looks amazing! Brooke had such a great open line of communication with me through the entire process, she talked me through aspects i didn’t understand and was there to answer any questions I had. Can not say enough good things!

The entire First Response team was both professional and educational in their repair of my water heater problem. My unit 'blew' and the team responded with quick service and repair of the damaged area...advising me of the process every step of the way......and they we always on time. They wore their masks, as expected, and did a complete and thorough job. Nicely done!!!

The team of roofers arrived a day earlier than expected and it was GREAT! They returned bright and early the following day and continued where they left off the prior day. They are courteous and friendly along with being efficient and very tidy. They took the time and effort to ensure that my pool was well protected from any possible debris. They did a fantastic job removing the old roofing and installing the new one. They took special care filling in the opening where my old swamp cooler used to be located and roofing over the spot. They painted the old vents and installed new ones to replace some of the old ones that needed replacement. We are extremely happy with the entire company from the roofers and Project Manager Brendon to Brooke in the office. She answered my questions and kept me posted throughout the entire process. Omar came to my home to install new floors after a flood, he was very professional and patient with all my questions. In my older home nothing is straight, when something didn't fit as it should he figured it out a way to solve the issue without sacrificing the look of the home. Highly recommend Omar if you are given an option to pick your crew.

Going through the process was great and the communication was great. They were very professional, very fast at getting the job done. After finishing the job they did amazing with housekeeping, I appreciate them walking through my yard with a magnetic to pick up the nails.

You think to yourself oh no a new roof I dread going through the process. National First Response took those worries away. James explained to us what we needed and then Grace in the office helped us move through the process with ease to get the funding, scheduling and quick responses to our questions. I'm a recent 84 year old widow and out of my "Flooding Tragedy" came the wonderful staff of NFR. They took over to coordinate, and provide guidance and support throughout the whole restoration. They negottiated with insurance to provide the best possible outcome and EVERYONE treated me with concern and respect and took the time to explain every detail. Whenever I enter my front entry door, I can't believe how good it looks. Rick Estrella, the painter, was able to transform the old, unpainted door, and cracked, weathered trim into a look better than new. He also meticulously caulked, masked, primed, and painted the exterior siding, a new patio door, and interior areas with the same quality. He is a true professional.
