My step son hired this company after they showed up at his house and offered to board it up after a fire. They are currently working on finishing it. It is a big job, and we have put our trust in National first response. Will post a pic when completed.

We had our roof replaced and the guys were very polite and cleaned up daily. Brandon Michel was the project manager. He was polite and made sure everything went smoothly. I had a couple of small issues when we did the walk thru of the roof. They fixed them right then instead of coming back another day. The roof looks like it was never touched. A perfect job well done.

Man where to start, this company not only completed exceptional work but really went above and beyond. Eric was so easy to communicate with and got right back to me. My 89 year old grandmothers door was damaged due to a storm and they installed a new door in 1.5 hours with a new frame. They even came the next day to complete the work. The results are amazing and now I will not have to worry if she is safe at her home. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone. Thanks for everything!

National First Response has been amazing to work with on an insurance claim. My insurance was being very difficult to deal with and NFR, without much of my involvement thankfully, managed the whole process and fought for me all the way. The process took months but NFR never pressured me for payment until the insurance company paid. The work by NFR, both the mitigation and rebuild, was top quality. All the people I dealt with from management to dry-wallers Were very professional I would highly recommend, without hesitation, National First Response. I am terrible with names, but Nicole, Mikey and all the rest of the folks at NFR were a pleasure to deal with. The crew showed up around 7am and they stripped my roof to the deck and finished applying the new roof by 5pm. They cleaned up all the debris including nails and the roof looks great! They worked with my insurance Co. to ensure all damage was identified and all repairs were approved up front.Highly recommended if you are looking to replace your roof.

Christina, Eric, and their entire team were beyond Fabulous. My daughter had just experienced a life altering event and then a week later a pipe leak happened in her house. My daughter was still dealing with the life altering event and was not in the frame of mind to deal with a pipe leak, repair scheduling, insurance, etc., so I stepped in to work on getting her house back together. The team at National First Response treated us as family, and really worked hard to take the stress off my daughter and I.
