After my 3 years of mostly unaided struggles through natural disaster cleanups, National First Response’s combined insurance claims and construction assistance with my hail-ravaged roof was literally a godsend. From lifting the entire insurance burden off my elderly shoulders to installation of a new roof so well-crafted that even the insurance assessor labeled it “beautiful,” every staff member I dealt with both online and in person was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, friendly, and patient. Their highly experienced operations manager Nicole Sullivan, in particular, kept me regularly updated over the entire claims-to-build process with informative, congenial, personalized notes, always promptly answering my questions and fully addressing my concerns. Claims specialist Zach Lenhart expertly handled insurance inspections and communications, arriving early to every appointment with unfailing cheerfulness. The actual roof build, carried out by project manager Miguel Trinidad and his friendly hard-working crew, went as speedily, smoothly, unobtrusively, and cleanly as could be hoped for, marked most especially by their obvious pride in creating a quality product. Without reservation, I highly recommend National First Response to all those needing insurance-linked construction services, but particularly to senior citizens like myself with physical or health limitations. All my initial dread of a potential insurance claim/building contractor nightmare (as endured by some of my neighbors) was quickly dispelled by NFR’s broad experience, professional expertise, and above all, reliability.

I can’t say enough good things about National First Response. After a large storm caused damage to our roof, they came out quickly to assess everything and immediately put us at ease. National First Response did a fantastic job repairing previously-undiscovered dry rot damage in my exterior kitchen wall. Every person who came to my home was 100% professional, courteous, respectful, helpful, and, most importantly, highly competent. Eric managed my project perfectly from start to finish, including explaining each step in advance so I could understand what was needed and what I would see as it happened. Shout out to framers Donny and Trent, drywallers Paul and Ricardo, Sunvec Roofing, stucco experts Gary, Dave, and Dave, painters Rick and Robert, plus Vinnie and Josh. I would happily bring any of them back for any work I might need to have done in the future.

Guy has been coming in to this Home Depot for 8 years and is alway courteous and friendly he stands out cause he always stops and says hi. Actually all the First response team are good as well. Would give Guy More stars if it was available.

Rick, Jeremy and David expertly restored and transformed our kitchen cabinets after our home was flooded. They carefully tented off the entire kitchen and garage to have a dust-free work zone . They took painstaking care to ensure a “perfect finish” in painting our kitchen cabinets (taping off everything, sanding, priming, and sanding again between each coat) - extremely tedious work! I had my first water flood damage situation last week and National First Response was my first call THANKFULLY. They handled the whole situation like professionals. I highly recommend NFR.

The team of roofers arrived a day earlier than expected and it was GREAT! They returned bright and early the following day and continued where they left off the prior day. They are courteous and friendly along with being efficient and very tidy. They took the time and effort to ensure that my pool was well protected from any possible debris. They did a fantastic job removing the old roofing and installing the new one. They took special care filling in the opening where my old swamp cooler used to be located and roofing over the spot. They painted the old vents and installed new ones to replace some of the old ones that needed replacement. We are extremely happy with the entire company from the roofers and Project Manager Brendon to Brooke in the office. She answered my questions and kept me posted throughout the entire process. Whenever I enter my front entry door, I can't believe how good it looks. Rick Estrella, the painter, was able to transform the old, unpainted door, and cracked, weathered trim into a look better than new. He also meticulously caulked, masked, primed, and painted the exterior siding, a new patio door, and interior areas with the same quality. He is a true professional.

National First Response did a great job of working with my insurance company to file the claim and followed up with them until the claim was approved. Nicole was fantastic to work with and called me every few days to provide updates. The roof replacement went perfectly - materials were delivered as scheduled and the installation team was fast and professional. All of the neighbors have commented on how nice the new roof looks!

Josh took the time to explain what he was going to do and to prepare the work area to protect adjacent areas. Josh is personable and very knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job for the repair. It is impossible to tell which area of the ceiling was repaired and the original. National First Response will be my go-to for any future repairs.

The longest part of the process was dealing with my insurance company. That part took 9 months to an entire year to finish. (They were patient and assisted us as we went through the claims process) Once the claim was approved. No contract, no hassle. Just sent them the cost to repair and they handled the rest.NFR was then able to get my roof done in 2 weeks replacing everything. The shingles, the metal roofing. And patching up the inside issues as well.I'm currently thinking of having their assistance again at my other house.

My insurance was being very difficult to deal with and NFR, without much of my involvement thankfully, managed the whole process and fought for me all the way.
