We had a drain pipe leak in out upstairs bathroom and extensive damage. We could not have asked for better service from Eric and Jeremy. They were fast and attentive and supportive during the whole process.

I am very impressed with the work that was done to return my home to its previous condition. The people involved were professional and enjoyable to work with. I was especially pleased with Jeremy and Joey who seemed to go above and beyond their job. They were always pleasant and informative. If I ever need help in the future, ( I hope not for repairs like this) I will be very quick to contact them.

This is by far the best company I have ever dealt with! They are all on the ball when you call or need immediate service. This is the second time we have needed them at my work and both times we received great quality of work fast and efficient! National First Response is a 5 star company in our opinion. We had a flood in our home which wasn’t discovered for 3 weeks since we were out of town. I called in a water restoration/mitigation company and was quite disappointed in their communication so decided not to use them for the rebuild. NFR was recommended to us and we hired them. Absolutely the best decision ever!! They kept me informed (long distance) of what was happening, sent me photo’s & video’s along with phone calls to ease my mind. The work they did was just OUTSTANDING in quality, timely manner and the employees who did the work were at the top of their field of expertise. Man where to start, this company not only completed exceptional work but really went above and beyond. Eric was so easy to communicate with and got right back to me. My 89 year old grandmothers door was damaged due to a storm and they installed a new door in 1.5 hours with a new frame. They even came the next day to complete the work. The results are amazing and now I will not have to worry if she is safe at her home. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone. Thanks for everything!

After my entire home flooded, National First Response made a difficult situation a pleasant experience. From my Project Manager Cory to the trade workers, (Jeremy, Casey, Steve and the others I didn't get to meet in person) all were professional, did great work, were patient with my requests/questions and even cleaned up after themselves! They kept on schedule and offered excellent recommendations for other services I needed (furniture restoration and even camping tips!). I highly recommend them and would use them again!

Grace Benard did a great job guiding us through our roof repairs. The estimate process, planning, and workmanship of this company was great. The job began and ended on schedule and without any cost overruns. The workers also made sure the yard and surrounds were tidy at the end of each day.

We were referred to National First Response when we had a major plumbing disaster in our home. From start to finish, this company was spot on with their service, professionalism, and care! Eric was always super responsive, and the workers could not have been better! It was a massive undertaking with a lot of moving parts, and they helped us each step of the way including assisting us with all the insurance claims. That help alone deserved them a 5 star rating! I would give them 100 stars if it let me! I absolutely recommend using this company, and wouldn't hesitate for a moment to use them again in the future!

Highly recommend National First Response. We had roof damage and Bianca guided us through all the steps. She was on-site when the work was being done too. The crew was fantastic. When all the work was done, you would have never known we’d just had the entire roof replaced - there was not a spec of debris. From the initial call all the way through the final inspection, NFR was there. We could not be more pleased with the results.
