They did an excellent job on our remodel. Eric our project manager kept the project on time. All crews that worked on our home were professional and courteous. They also worked hard and performed top quality work. The final product exceeded our expectations. We are so happy we chose National First Response! Update: We recently had storm damage on our roof. They came out right away to address the issues. We ended up needing a new roof and ceiling and they did a great job. Our project manager Brendan was responsive and addressed any concerns we had throughout the project. The office staff is excellent to work with. The ladies are professional, highly organized, and kind. Thank you to everyone who worked on this project. We appreciate you!

Highly recommend National First Response. We had roof damage and Bianca guided us through all the steps. She was on-site when the work was being done too. The crew was fantastic. When all the work was done, you would have never known we’d just had the entire roof replaced - there was not a spec of debris. From the initial call all the way through the final inspection, NFR was there. We could not be more pleased with the results.

Like almost any activity, there were some minor communication/coordination issues but overall things went fine. Would recommend the firm (particularly the roofing division) as they replaced my roof (from wood shales to regular shingles. Work crews were fantastic.

Matt & Kyle were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable all the while working with the insurance company to ensure the job was done correctly. From start to finish, they kept us updated on progress and timing to completion which was amazingly quick. The crews made sure safety and keeping the area clean were a priority while working efficiently and professionally. The entire experience was great, and we loved having their entire team take care of us and our roof. We highly recommend them for your new roofing needs.

At first I wasn’t too sure when the two gentlemen approached me telling me about how they’d handled everything and I’d have a new roof. In the end I couldn’t be happier, most I had to do was call the insurance. They handled everything from there after, Nicole stayed on top of keeping me informed. Once everything was approved, the crew took 2 days to strip roof and install new roof. Highly recommend giving them a call.

The whole experience with National First Response went so well. From the very beginning all the guys who worked to repair our home due to water damage--from the water mitigation team, to all the guys who worked on the rebuild, to the painter--were fantastic. Between, Jay, Seth, Grace and Jackie, they got it done! I recommend this company to anyone and everyone! Trying to get my insurance company to approve me for a new roof after many storms for the past 4 years, Seth swore if he didn’t get the roof repaired, he would become a life guard. I think it’s safe to say he is still a roofer lol. I got updates every single week keeping me in the know and I appropriated every text, email and call I got so I was always in the loop! These guys did a great job replacing my roof. They came out quickly, to asses the damage. They even walked me through filing the claim. Every step of the process they helped with. Whenever I enter my front entry door, I can't believe how good it looks. Rick Estrella, the painter, was able to transform the old, unpainted door, and cracked, weathered trim into a look better than new. He also meticulously caulked, masked, primed, and painted the exterior siding, a new patio door, and interior areas with the same quality. He is a true professional.

I'm a recent 84 year old widow and out of my "Flooding Tragedy" came the wonderful staff of NFR. They took over to coordinate, and provide guidance and support throughout the whole restoration. From demolition to the final painting, nothing was overlooked. They extended themselves far beyound all my expectations.
