I can’t say enough good things about National First Response. After a large storm caused damage to our roof, they came out quickly to assess everything and immediately put us at ease. From the very beginning, they walked us through the entire process step by step and handled the insurance side of things with professionalism and persistence. When the insurance company and adjusters initially tried to say the damage could be repaired instead of replaced, National First Response truly went to bat for us. They advocated on our behalf and fought to make sure we received a full roof replacement — something we’re incredibly grateful for. What really set them apart, though, was the care and empathy they showed during a stressful personal time. My wife was scheduled for major surgery, and the team worked efficiently and proactively to ensure the claim process, insurance back-and-forth, and all roofing work were completed before she returned home from the hospital. Knowing there would be no contractors coming and going while she was recovering allowed us to focus fully on her healing, which meant the world to us. We are extremely happy with our new roof on house, back patio and detached shop done by National First Response Roofing . We also had some restoration work done on the inside of detached shop, water damage from roof leaks. From Cody handling claims, Mike the roofing Superintentent, and Nicole in the office were all great and communicative. The roofing crew was fantastic too. Not only their craftmanship they put into the work they used drop cloths to protect property and they cleaned up impeccably every day!! I'm a recent 84 year old widow and out of my "Flooding Tragedy" came the wonderful staff of NFR. They took over to coordinate, and provide guidance and support throughout the whole restoration. At first I wasn’t too sure when the two gentlemen approached me telling me about how they’d handled everything and I’d have a new roof. In the end I couldn’t be happier, most I had to do was call the insurance. They handled everything from there after, Nicole stayed on top of keeping me informed. Once everything was approved, the crew took 2 days to strip roof and install new roof. Highly recommend giving them a call.

Contacted National First Response after the latest storm due to our roof shingles being blown off, and they did a great job! My roof was done within a week and a half, plus they were able to work with the Insurance to get the whole thing replaced. Satisfied customer here!

The entire First Response team was both professional and educational in their repair of my water heater problem. My unit 'blew' and the team responded with quick service and repair of the damaged area...advising me of the process every step of the way......and they we always on time. They wore their masks, as expected, and did a complete and thorough job. Nicely done!!!

My experience up to this point has been great they kept their word on everything they commited to. They backed their work with an above industry standard waranty and came in after another contractor could not and would not do the work and they got my house back in order. Joey & Jeremy did a great job and trust full they now how to treat the customer. put down tarps cleaned up the area left nothing behind would recommend the two at our place as well as use the company. they call to confirm in advance and when on the way morning of, I like that gal doing the calling was great as well.
