Omar came to my home to install new floors after a flood, he was very professional and patient with all my questions. In my older home nothing is straight, when something didn't fit as it should he figured it out a way to solve the issue without sacrificing the look of the home. Highly recommend Omar if you are given an option to pick your crew.

My overall experience with NFR was very positive mainly because of the dedicated follow-up of Grace and Mike. The crew sent to do the work took longer than expected with some minor details not completed. When I called Grace she was excellent in her concern and diligent follow-up with me. When Mike came to inspect the work he made sure it was done right. Both Grace and Mike were a delight to work with….if I had a company I would hire these two in a heart beat!

You think to yourself oh no a new roof I dread going through the process. National First Response took those worries away. I had my new beautiful roof within a week. The crew that came out to do the new roof were very professional and kept the area clean and tidy. On top of being extremely sincere they have what most companies don't have and that is a little thing called follow through. There motto of trust and verify I must say that I have stolen and used it in my business. The turnaround time was absolutely amazing and everything was handled 100% up to par. I had a severe water leak that was taken care of in a timely manner. I believe he's the manager but Eric was a perfectionist and Guy Bond couldn't have been more like family. These guys did a great job replacing my roof. They came out quickly, to asses the damage. They even walked me through filing the claim. Every step of the process they helped with. The personnel all were very professional, they knew what to do and no problems. They handled our claim from start to finish. They responded to my calls without fail. The previous companies never got the leak/leaks fixed after numerous 10 or more attempts. I had over ninety e-mails between them and myself and all they did was complain w/ excuses about the job and they lost money and never got the leaks fixed over 9 months.
