What an awesome team they have! Shout out to Nicole Sullivan! She helped to make this a great experience. I did have a concern once the work was finished and she helped resolve the concern in less then two days! I would definitely recommend National First Response for all of your roofing needs!

Our church had wind and water damage that leaked into the building... a new roof was much needed... it was an old roof. We had water damage in the kitchen pantry as well on the ceiling in the Sanctuary. Colton, of National First Response was AMAZING as was the company. He was always on time, great communication and always responded quickly with any questions or concerns we might have had. We were recommended of this company by someone who had a new roof put on their house and they were very happy with the work and working with Colton. What a great company to have worked with! After the storm, they were quick to come and help me out. Unlike other companies who were giving me a wait time of a week to just have someone inspect the roof. Albert was very prompt and informative and helped me navigate the entire process of getting my roof replaced through my insurance company. I'm a recent 84 year old widow and out of my "Flooding Tragedy" came the wonderful staff of NFR. They took over to coordinate, and provide guidance and support throughout the whole restoration. They negottiated with insurance to provide the best possible outcome and EVERYONE treated me with concern and respect and took the time to explain every detail. From demolition to the final painting, nothing was overlooked. They extended themselves far beyound all my expectations. They made it possible for me to return to a beautifully restored home without any glitches or stress. We had 3 broken windows in the front of our house and National First Response provided the lowest quote. They not only repaired the windows with quality glass and inserts but assigned a project manager to keep me informed from measure through installation. I highly recommend this company!

We were referred to National First Response when we had a major plumbing disaster in our home. From start to finish, this company was spot on with their service, professionalism, and care! Eric was always super responsive, and the workers could not have been better! It was a massive undertaking with a lot of moving parts, and they helped us each step of the way including assisting us with all the insurance claims. That help alone deserved them a 5 star rating! These guys did a great job replacing my roof. They came out quickly, to asses the damage. They even walked me through filing the claim. Every step of the process they helped with. Steve came out to put a new back door on. He had previously fixed my vertical blinds. Both times he was extremely professional and friendly, and did a terrific job. He did the job very nicely and cleaned up after himself. Just like everyone else at NFR, he was a pleasure to work with, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

NFR Roofing Division Project manager Brandon Clayton and his experienced roofing crew, headed by Diego Trinidad, did an excellent job of replacing my roof after it sustained wind damage. Brandon was easy to work with, communicative and patient. Even though he was handling a lot of other jobs due to the monsoon, he always got back to me in a timely manner to answer any questions or concerns. Brandon was a huge asset, helping me to understand and negotiate the insurance claim process. Bottom Line: The work was professional and it was completed quickly, the roofers showed up on time, worked hard and well together, cleaned up after themselves; everybody was efficient and polite. Best of all, the contract I signed specified that NFR Roofing Division would do the work needed to replace my roof for the amount my insurance company authorized, and that my only cost would be my insurance deductible. They were true to their word. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Brandon Clayton at National First Response Roofing, and I love my roofing replacement!

My step son hired this company after they showed up at his house and offered to board it up after a fire. They are currently working on finishing it. It is a big job, and we have put our trust in National first response. Will post a pic when completed.
