Helped get through the process of getting my insurance to file the claim, and after 2 weeks they set up the new roof in a day

Our family lost our home in January due to a fire, and Chris was there from day one to help us restore it to an even more beautiful place to live. He and his men are detailed, honest, and very easy to work with, which made it much easier for me during such a challenging time. After my entire home flooded, National First Response made a difficult situation a pleasant experience. From my Project Manager Cory to the trade workers, (Jeremy, Casey, Steve and the others I didn't get to meet in person) all were professional, did great work, were patient with my requests/questions and even cleaned up after themselves! They kept on schedule and offered excellent recommendations for other services I needed (furniture restoration and even camping tips!). I highly recommend them and would use them again!

NFR replaced my roof during a heat wave. The roofers were professional and worked diligently through the entire process. All my questions were addressed before, during and after. I would highly recommend NFR.

The entire First Response team was both professional and educational in their repair of my water heater problem. My unit 'blew' and the team responded with quick service and repair of the damaged area...advising me of the process every step of the way......and they we always on time. At first I wasn’t too sure when the two gentlemen approached me telling me about how they’d handled everything and I’d have a new roof. In the end I couldn’t be happier, most I had to do was call the insurance. They handled everything from there after, Nicole stayed on top of keeping me informed. Once everything was approved, the crew took 2 days to strip roof and install new roof. Highly recommend giving them a call.

National First Response (NFR) recently did my roof underlayment replacement and an interior repair. It started with a roof leak during raining and a small water damage it caused. I called NFR and they dispatched Mike over on the same day. Mike immediately placed a tarp to cover the leak area, with no change (regardless of whether or not NFR would be hired for further roof work). One other company would charge $500 for just putting a tarp on. NFR did an awesome job on the interior repair. After a small patch of drywall replaced and repainted, it looked like nothing happened. I was very pleased.

Dane was so helpful and professional. He really does care about what he does and who he does it for. We got lucky to have someone like him help us. The company overall as whole is so great and would recommend to anyone.

Mike (my consultant with NFR) was this best. From our first meeting and all through the process. If your want to speak to a representative from NFR that has confidence, friendly and knowledge, Mike is your man. This company has the best workers, they do prompt work, clean up nice.I would gladly recommend them to my friends and family!!

I am very impressed with National First Response’s roofing division. My roof replacement was covered by my home insurance company and I could not be happier with the professionalism of everyone I met or was involved with personally. My contact, Nicole Sullivan, who I only connected with virtually, kept me informed of the process every step of the way. Her cheerful and prompt response to my inquiries was refreshing. Brandon Velander, who came out after the roof was installed, was equally cheerful and professional. The crew that delivered the roofing materials and the crew that installed them were cheerful and professional as well. The attached photos are of the material being delivered. I’m very happy with this company and will definitely refer them to my friends.

National First Response did an amazing job on my roof. I didn’t had an idea of where to go or what to do, but they assisted me on every step of the process. They guided me on how to file the claim what to expect and even were present during the inspections to make sure the insurance pull through. They used the best materials, the workers and project managers were fast, clean, and constantly asked if I had any concerns. My whole roof was done in a couple of hours and the whole process was seamless. Thank you First Response and Nicole for helping me through something that can be so problematic and making it my easiest home improvement yet.

Every person who came to my home was 100% professional, courteous, respectful, helpful, and, most importantly, highly competent. Eric managed my project perfectly from start to finish, including explaining each step in advance so I could understand what was needed and what I would see as it happened. Shout out to framers Donny and Trent, drywallers Paul and Ricardo, Sunvec Roofing, stucco experts Gary, Dave, and Dave, painters Rick and Robert, plus Vinnie and Josh.
