Whenever I enter my front entry door, I can't believe how good it looks. Rick Estrella, the painter, was able to transform the old, unpainted door, and cracked, weathered trim into a look better than new. He also meticulously caulked, masked, primed, and painted the exterior siding, a new patio door, and interior areas with the same quality. He is a true professional.

Alan, a professional and nice man, did an excellent job fixing a large hole in my living room ceiling. Drywall, texture, paint, all seamlessly match existing ceiling. Thanks!

Every person I interacted with at National First Response was professional, responsive and competent. The project manager, Cory Schmitz guided me through the entire complicated process. That means a lot, especially when an insurance company is involved. When there was a mistake, (We all make mistakes from time to time.) Cory made sure he fixed it with a minimum of inconvenience for me. The craftsmen, especially Jeremy, who put our kitchen back together, matched Cory's degree of quality work and customer service. Their highly experienced operations manager Nicole Sullivan, in particular, kept me regularly updated over the entire claims-to-build process with informative, congenial, personalized notes, always promptly answering my questions and fully addressing my concerns. Claims specialist Zach Lenhart expertly handled insurance inspections and communications, arriving early to every appointment with unfailing cheerfulness. The actual roof build, carried out by project manager Miguel Trinidad and his friendly hard-working crew, went as speedily, smoothly, unobtrusively, and cleanly as could be hoped for, marked most especially by their obvious pride in creating a quality product. I am the senior pastor of First Christian Church of Mesa. We had an incredible experience working with National First Response. They were our roofing contractor for an insurance claim, and their team went above and beyond in every way. They tirelessly advocated for us with the insurance company, performed excellent work, and were always responsive to our questions and needs. But that’s not all! Towards the end of our roof claim, we had a car crash into the front of our building, causing extensive damage. National First Response had a crew on-site within a couple of hours, quickly clearing debris and guiding us through the entire process. This was an extensive project involving multiple trades, all of which were professionally coordinated and managed. We can’t thank National First Response enough for their responsiveness, professionalism, and dedication. Kudos to the entire team for being amazing in every way imaginable!!! Highly recommend!!!

National First Response is one of the very best companies I've dealt with in the construction industry. From the very beginning, Michael as project manager was helpful, communicated frequently and effectively during the project. Michael helped me understand the complexity of making an insurance claim for the storm damage my house incurred. I would like to him give him and his company more than five stars.

After that tornado/microburst in September of 2023, my roof sustained some major damage. Kyle Cordova did a free inspection and gave me a detailed report of the damage. He also called the insurance company with me and established NFR's involvement as my contractor. Kyle worked directly with the insurance company to get everything covered. I also door damage from th3 same storm so Kyle connected me with the right division within his company to get that fixed as well. At my house, we have quite a few animals and I explained to Kyle about the care that needed to be taken for their health and safety. This was relayed to Justin, who was the on-site project manager. There was a miscommunication with the crew on site that led to an issue. One call to Kyle and Justin took care of it, and there were no further issues. I am very happy with the end result and how my roof looks. There was a delay, on my insurance company's part, on getting my door done but that is now in the works as well. Nicole, in the office, has been fantastic to work with on the payments from the insurance company and my deductible. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this company. The customer service, and care, that I have received has been top notch.​

I have sent a couple of my friends to NFR & I have called asking for direction and it never matters what time we call we get an answer or a call back quickly. Christina has been so helpful and if she doesn't for some reasonhave a note with the answer she will certainly find it out quickly.

They were fast and efficient. They grabbed the bull by the horns and got the job with pure precision and quality in two short months. The personnel all were very professional, they knew what to do and no problems. They handled our claim from start to finish. They responded to my calls without fail. The previous companies never got the leak/leaks fixed after numerous 10 or more attempts. I had over ninety e-mails between them and myself and all they did was complain w/ excuses about the job and they lost money and never got the leaks fixed over 9 months. The insurance company recommended this General Contractor. I only have the upmost respect and trust for National First Response. I guarantee that you will be fully satisfied by calling upon this outstanding company.

Going through the process was great and the communication was great. They were very professional, very fast at getting the job done. After finishing the job they did amazing with housekeeping, I appreciate them walking through my yard with a magnetic to pick up the nails.

The whole experience with National First Response went so well. From the very beginning all the guys who worked to repair our home due to water damage--from the water mitigation team, to all the guys who worked on the rebuild, to the painter--were fantastic.
