Every person I interacted with at National First Response was professional, responsive and competent. The project manager, Cory Schmitz guided me through the entire complicated process. That means a lot, especially when an insurance company is involved. When there was a mistake, (We all make mistakes from time to time.) Cory made sure he fixed it with a minimum of inconvenience for me. The craftsmen, especially Jeremy, who put our kitchen back together, matched Cory's degree of quality work and customer service. I wholly recommend National First Response!

Albert was very prompt and informative and helped me navigate the entire process of getting my roof replaced through my insurance company. NFR did STELLAR work on our home. The entire roof was replaced in 4 days. Workers were very careful with tear down, install, and even clean up after (we have 2 dogs and they didn't want them being hurt). The planning stages were very easy and they even brought me samples of tiles to ensure this was the aesthetic we wanted for our home. Our solar install was also very easy, and even though we had a few tiles to replace after, it was done within 48 hours of the solar being complete. I would give 100% recommendation for their services to anyone I know!

Being personally retired from the construction industry after 50 years, this company and crew were absolutely the best we have had the pleasure of dealing with and the finest craftsmanship of roofing and carpentry skill I have personally witnessed. Christina, Eric, and their entire team were beyond Fabulous. My daughter had just experienced a life altering event and then a week later a pipe leak happened in her house. My daughter was still dealing with the life altering event and was not in the frame of mind to deal with a pipe leak, repair scheduling, insurance, etc., so I stepped in to work on getting her house back together. The team at National First Response treated us as family, and really worked hard to take the stress off my daughter and I. They were definitely a breathe of fresh air, and followed through on everything, and on time! We absolutely recommend them and would not hesitate to use them in the future, if needed. I am the senior pastor of First Christian Church of Mesa. We had an incredible experience working with National First Response. They were our roofing contractor for an insurance claim, and their team went above and beyond in every way. They tirelessly advocated for us with the insurance company, performed excellent work, and were always responsive to our questions and needs. But that’s not all! Towards the end of our roof claim, we had a car crash into the front of our building, causing extensive damage. National First Response had a crew on-site within a couple of hours, quickly clearing debris and guiding us through the entire process. This was an extensive project involving multiple trades, all of which were professionally coordinated and managed. We can’t thank National First Response enough for their responsiveness, professionalism, and dedication. Kudos to the entire team for being amazing in every way imaginable!!! Highly recommend!!!

Helped get through the process of getting my insurance to file the claim, and after 2 weeks they set up the new roof in a day

They were great to work with! They came out did the assessment, dealt with the insurance company and made everything as simple as possible to get the roof replaced! we were so nervous because the rain was coming the next day, but they reassured us that it would get done and it was what is done in record time! Would recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof! Thank you so much for the great job that you all did!

At first I wasn’t too sure when the two gentlemen approached me telling me about how they’d handled everything and I’d have a new roof. In the end I couldn’t be happier, most I had to do was call the insurance. They handled everything from there after, Nicole stayed on top of keeping me informed. Once everything was approved, the crew took 2 days to strip roof and install new roof. Highly recommend giving them a call.

We had our roof inspected and James was awesome. He let us know the condition of our roof and what we needed to watch for to protect our roof. We did not have anything done to our roof at this time,but when it is necessary ,we will definitely have National First Response do the work.

I'm a recent 84 year old widow and out of my "Flooding Tragedy" came the wonderful staff of NFR. They took over to coordinate, and provide guidance and support throughout the whole restoration. The quality of work exceeded expectations. The property was restored efficiently and safely, and I would confidently recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable flood and fire mitigation.

The team of roofers arrived a day earlier than expected and it was GREAT! They returned bright and early the following day and continued where they left off the prior day. They are courteous and friendly along with being efficient and very tidy. They took the time and effort to ensure that my pool was well protected from any possible debris. They did a fantastic job removing the old roofing and installing the new one. They took special care filling in the opening where my old swamp cooler used to be located and roofing over the spot. They painted the old vents and installed new ones to replace some of the old ones that needed replacement. We are extremely happy with the entire company from the roofers and Project Manager Brendon to Brooke in the office. She answered my questions and kept me posted throughout the entire process.
