Guy and Ricardo were amazing at remodeling my moms bathroom in her condo. They made it handicap accessible so now my mom feels safe and comfortable. It was such a blessing to have National First Response come to the rescue today!!

We had our roof replaced and the guys were very polite and cleaned up daily. Brandon Michel was the project manager. He was polite and made sure everything went smoothly. I had a couple of small issues when we did the walk thru of the roof. They fixed them right then instead of coming back another day. The roof looks like it was never touched. A perfect job well done.

Fortunately, we didn't have an emergency at our house. We did do our research for our home remodel. Chris Owens and the crew were our choice for our home. We are more than happy with our results. I had a water leak coming into my bedroom floor from an unknown source. Two plumbers could not diagnose the source. National First was able to come up with a plan to find the leak. Under the window they opened up a section of the sheetrock of the wall beneath the window. Water was sprayed outside of the window and some leaks were verified coming in below the window. Apparently, a few weeks earlier I had a bad rain storm and the wind was forcing the rain to come in below the window. It was determined that the WINDOW SEAL had failed or that there was not one installed. The plan was to pull out the window, reseal the window, reinstall it, re-sheetrock the open space, repaint the room, re-stucco the outside wall around the window, and repaint the outside wall. The carpet and carpet pad were replaced. It took several weeks to coordinate different contractors to perform all the specialty work. I was very pleased with the craftmanship and detail the workers did on the whole project. The estimate for the repair was right on spot. I had a few extra expenses for work I requested to be done that was not in the original estimate. I would recommend National First for any job relating to home repair.

Great experience! From the get go the First Response team was super communicative, they made sure all aspects of the project were aligned and being handled properly. The Ops manager, Nicole and her staff were communicating with me weekly and throughout the process of the installation. The installation team was amazing, very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. They made sure the property was kept clean and maintained, they cleaned up after installation and made sure everything was right before they completed. These guys are pro level and on point 100%. Nicole was fantastic to work with and called me every few days to provide updates. The roof replacement went perfectly - materials were delivered as scheduled and the installation team was fast and professional. All of the neighbors have commented on how nice the new roof looks!

Highly recommend National First Response. We had roof damage and Bianca guided us through all the steps. She was on-site when the work was being done too. The crew was fantastic. When all the work was done, you would have never known we’d just had the entire roof replaced - there was not a spec of debris. From the initial call all the way through the final inspection, NFR was there. We could not be more pleased with the results.
