Found this company on the Heros for Hire group. Though they are not firefighters, they responded quickly and their team handled my remodel with amazing speed and high quality work. They worked with my schedule and were reasonably priced for the work I had done. I'll definitely use them again for future projects.

First Response came out when a water heater pipe failed in the wall between the bathroom and bedroom of my brother's condo. They did a great job of helping me with the insurance coverage and repairs. They had to take out the wall right down to the studs. They put everything back even better than it was in the first place. I went on to make other repairs to the condo using them beyond the water damage and they met my expectations 100%. Their pricing is reasonable and it saved me a lot of time and trouble not having to find a painter, carpet installer and electrician. Thank you Brandi, Christina and Cory!

Rick, Jeremy and David expertly restored and transformed our kitchen cabinets after our home was flooded. They carefully tented off the entire kitchen and garage to have a dust-free work zone . They took painstaking care to ensure a “perfect finish” in painting our kitchen cabinets (taping off everything, sanding, priming, and sanding again between each coat) - extremely tedious work! You think to yourself oh no a new roof I dread going through the process. National First Response took those worries away. James explained to us what we needed and then Grace in the office helped us move through the process with ease to get the funding, scheduling and quick responses to our questions. Communication was great. Brandon was the Project manager and ensured everything was precise with the work crew. The work crew were awesome , great tradesmen they were very up beat and efficient with lots of details on the job. From the beginning I felt they delivered on what they told us they were going to do. I felt they were trustworthy and professional and no hassles. You will be happy with everyone that will be in contact with, extremely helpful with kindness, it is rare these days, but they know how to take care of a customer.

We needed work done in our home to mainly make it more suitable for wheel chair access. Project manager Randy took full charge and supervised a plan that showed his professionalism and understanding. Craftsmen Adam and Cricket executed a variety of projects with admirable skill and adaptability. The quality results made it all a very worthwhile experience.

Definitely five stars from me. These guys and gals were very professional and did a great job on the repair work. You can’t tell there was ever any damage! And they responsive and polite. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Everybody at National first response has been awesome from beginning to end. You guys did an amazing job in my master bathroom.

Every employee we met went above and beyond in their job capacity to make sure we had the most up to date and safe replacement journey. My family will refer to them every time. Hands down the easiest construction job ever.

Had to replace drywall, insulation and baseboards in addition to drying out and treating the area.

I have sent a couple of my friends to NFR & I have called asking for direction and it never matters what time we call we get an answer or a call back quickly. Christina has been so helpful and if she doesn't for some reasonhave a note with the answer she will certainly find it out quickly.

NFR Roofing helped with my wind damage and assisted the claims adjuster with the claim. Kyle was the project manager that helped out and was very helpful from start to finish. Can't say enough good things about my experience with this company and Kyle. Their crew came out and took only one day to complete and did a great job. Would recommend to all needing help on a new roof.

My experience up to this point has been great they kept their word on everything they commited to. They backed their work with an above industry standard waranty and came in after another contractor could not and would not do the work and they got my house back in order. As long as they back the warranty they provided and back their work if ever needed I highly recomend future business with National First Respnce.
