What a refreshing experience after having a disappointing and expensive experience with another roofer. These guys were First Class. From Price, to Promptness, to Professionalism, Everything when as Promised. And my roof was a mess. The clean up was also amazing. Brandon, the Project Manager took care of everything so I was extremely happy with the job and the guarantee on workmanship. (10 years) Thanks to all involved .

Everything was great about our experience with National First Response. Grace Berand was excellent in communicating about the process and staying in touch with us throughout the entire job. Brandon did a great job in overseeing the work crews and in the final inspection. The entire process from the first estimate through to the very end was very smooth. We felt a sense of calmness, but, also, a sense of professionalism and are very proud of how our roof looks with the job that was done. The whole team from start to finish were great. The team that came out to give the estimate, to the roofers who came on time, were very courteous, and ready to work. They were polite and had a great attitude throughout the day. Very honest and helpful. They cleaned up as if they were never there. Very professional and were top notch.

We had our roof replaced and the guys were very polite and cleaned up daily. Brandon Michel was the project manager. He was polite and made sure everything went smoothly. I had a couple of small issues when we did the walk thru of the roof. They fixed them right then instead of coming back another day. The roof looks like it was never touched. A perfect job well done.

Steve came out to put a new back door on. He had previously fixed my vertical blinds. Both times he was extremely professional and friendly, and did a terrific job. My daughter was still dealing with the life altering event and was not in the frame of mind to deal with a pipe leak, repair scheduling, insurance, etc., so I stepped in to work on getting her house back together. Omar came to my home to install new floors after a flood, he was very professional and patient with all my questions. In my older home nothing is straight, when something didn't fit as it should he figured it out a way to solve the issue without sacrificing the look of the home. The personnel all were very professional, they knew what to do and no problems. They handled our claim from start to finish. They responded to my calls without fail. The previous companies never got the leak/leaks fixed after numerous 10 or more attempts. I had over ninety e-mails between them and myself and all they did was complain w/ excuses about the job and they lost money and never got the leaks fixed over 9 months.
