I'm a recent 84 year old widow and out of my "Flooding Tragedy" came the wonderful staff of NFR. They took over to coordinate, and provide guidance and support throughout the whole restoration. They negottiated with insurance to provide the best possible outcome and EVERYONE treated me with concern and respect and took the time to explain every detail. From demolition to the final painting, nothing was overlooked. They extended themselves far beyound all my expectations. They made it possible for me to return to a beautifully restored home without any glitches or stress. My overall experience with NFR was very positive mainly because of the dedicated follow-up of Grace and Mike. The crew sent to do the work took longer than expected with some minor details not completed. When I called Grace she was excellent in her concern and diligent follow-up with me. When Mike came to inspect the work he made sure it was done right. Both Grace and Mike were a delight to work with….if I had a company I would hire these two in a heart beat!

I can’t say enough about how patient, trustworthy, and kind this team was that was behind our roof project. Jeff and Kyle kept pushing the insurance to help understand what needed to be done at our house, Brendan and Mikey were our project managers and were very prompt. They assured us everything was going to be ok and the job would get done as soon as the insurance company approved the job. Nicole is very nice and scheduled our appointments, messaged us for everything that was going to happen(date & time), and most of all she answered all our questions we had. They were very responsive from the initial call to all work related to water damage (drywall, flooring, cabinet, painting). Project management and all workers were very professional and great with communication.

The entire staff works very hard and always give an air of wanting to help. I cannot recommend enough.

What a great company to have worked with! After the storm, they were quick to come and help me out. Unlike other companies who were giving me a wait time of a week to just have someone inspect the roof. Michael was very helpful in answering my questions and making sure everything got done correctly. I would recommend to all my family in friends!

I have sent a couple of my friends to NFR & I have called asking for direction and it never matters what time we call we get an answer or a call back quickly. Christina has been so helpful and if she doesn't for some reasonhave a note with the answer she will certainly find it out quickly.

My experience up to this point has been great they kept their word on everything they commited to. They backed their work with an above industry standard waranty and came in after another contractor could not and would not do the work and they got my house back in order. As long as they back the warranty they provided and back their work if ever needed I highly recomend future business with National First Respnce.

National First Response was called to our home for various issues and Guy responded immediately within an hour. He corrected the plumbing issues and completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend National First Response and a special shout to Guy for his professionalism and kindness. He was also asked to play Santa for this year's Christmas and responded with an Absolute YES!!

You think to yourself oh no a new roof I dread going through the process. National First Response took those worries away. James explained to us what we needed and then Grace in the office helped us move through the process with ease to get the funding, scheduling and quick responses to our questions. Communication was great. Brandon was the Project manager and ensured everything was precise with the work crew. The work crew were awesome , great tradesmen they were very up beat and efficient with lots of details on the job. From the beginning I felt they delivered on what they told us they were going to do. I felt they were trustworthy and professional and no hassles. You will be happy with everyone that will be in contact with, extremely helpful with kindness, it is rare these days, but they know how to take care of a customer.

I had a water leak coming into my bedroom floor from an unknown source. Two plumbers could not diagnose the source. National First was able to come up with a plan to find the leak. Under the window they opened up a section of the sheetrock of the wall beneath the window. Water was sprayed outside of the window and some leaks were verified coming in below the window. Apparently, a few weeks earlier I had a bad rain storm and the wind was forcing the rain to come in below the window. It was determined that the WINDOW SEAL had failed or that there was not one installed. The plan was to pull out the window, reseal the window, reinstall it, re-sheetrock the open space, repaint the room, re-stucco the outside wall around the window, and repaint the outside wall. The carpet and carpet pad were replaced. It took several weeks to coordinate different contractors to perform all the specialty work. I was very pleased with the craftmanship and detail the workers did on the whole project. The estimate for the repair was right on spot. I had a few extra expenses for work I requested to be done that was not in the original estimate. I would recommend National First for any job relating to home repair.

Everything was great about our experience with National First Response. Grace Berand was excellent in communicating about the process and staying in touch with us throughout the entire job. Brandon did a great job in overseeing the work crews and in the final inspection. The entire process from the first estimate through to the very end was very smooth. We felt a sense of calmness, but, also, a sense of professionalism and are very proud of how our roof looks with the job that was done. I would recommend this entire team for getting a job done in a timely manner, in a professional way, smoothly, without hitches and we found them to be extremely trustworthy through the whole process. We have a repair shop that the roof was leaking Guy bond came out and took A look and said that the gutters were full of leaves and pine needles. Guy cleared out the debris afterwards we had no problems What a GREAT PERSON THX for all your help.
