Like almost any activity, there were some minor communication/coordination issues but overall things went fine. Would recommend the firm (particularly the roofing division) as they replaced my roof (from wood shales to regular shingles. Work crews were fantastic.

We had the pleasure of working with Guy Bond on each of our issues. We have owned three homes in the last 4 years and had to have National First Response come out to deal with the problems. Each time, Guy was sent out to help us and he was very professional, timely, helpful, and a great representative for this company. We had water damage from a drain pipe inside our outer kitchen wall. Our plumber called National First Response, they came within an hour to access our damage, and started the restoration process the next morning. From the workers who tore out our cabinets, those who handled the water issue, to the workers who finished the restoration, they were all very friendly and professional, and on time. My Mom met Preston from First Response at a Home and Garden Show in Phx. She was telling him about my roof situation. He told her not to worry, that they would take care of me. Preston came over and was so nice. Long story short, thanks to everyone who helped my claim, I now have a new roof. Nicole Sullivan was at the end of everything and helped push everything through. She was so kind and patient with me. The roofers were also very professional and did an excellent job. I would give them 100 stars but their work, kindness, persistence and professionalism all speak for themselves. Thank you to everyone for everything you did to help me out! So where to start. A few months back, during our atmospheric river rain, I developed a roof leak. I live in a patio home with a flat roof. I went on Angie's list and selected four contractors to come out and give me a quote for roof replacements. Each one went up on the roof and saw a pot of gold and wrote their quotes. Why was I shocked? I didn't know what I was going to do. I then got a call from Brendan from National First Response as he saw my requests on Angie's list. He asked me if they could come out and look at my roof. I said sure. We got up on the roof and started looking around and he brought to my attention that my roof had major hail and wind damage, so we needed to contact my insurance company first and get an adjuster out to look at the roof. The insurance adjuster looked at my roof and agreed with Brendan. The insurance company wrote up their quote of what they said they would pay to do the needed work of replacing the roof. Nicole in the office was my go-to person to set up scheduling. She did a fantastic job of keeping me informed of all aspects of the work. She made me feel comfortable with all the work that was going to be performed on my house as this was no small job. She made me feel very confident that no corners were going to be cut regarding my roof repairs. Nicole scheduled the start date and sent Michael, the project manager of this job, out to go over with me the aspects of the job. Fantastic young man! The crew showed up on time and got right to work stripping the roof. Once the roof was stripped, they discovered the wood decking was damaged. Nicole said don't worry, Michael was getting photos and they were submitting an additional damage report to the insurance company. They followed up with my insurance company to get the approval for the decking replacement. Now mind you, not all insurance companies are alike. They also worked with me to replace the fascia along the edge of the house and to bring the patio roof and laundry room, which was flat, to conform with the rest of the roof at a fair price. Bottom line, if I could push the golden buzzer on National First Response I would. Thank you, Nicole on giving me a five-star confidence of your company, Michael for being extremely professional in your work and crew and also your crew, who did an excellent job in craftsmanship. I guess I don't have to say that I highly recommend this fantastic company, which is rare in this day and age.

National First Response has been amazing to work with on an insurance claim. My insurance was being very difficult to deal with and NFR, without much of my involvement thankfully, managed the whole process and fought for me all the way. The process took months but NFR never pressured me for payment until the insurance company paid. The work by NFR, both the mitigation and rebuild, was top quality. All the people I dealt with from management to dry-wallers Were very professional I would highly recommend, without hesitation, National First Response. Guy has been coming in to this Home Depot for 8 years and is alway courteous and friendly he stands out cause he always stops and says hi. Actually all the First response team are good as well. Would give Guy More stars if it was available.

The team of roofers arrived a day earlier than expected and it was GREAT! They returned bright and early the following day and continued where they left off the prior day. They are courteous and friendly along with being efficient and very tidy. They took the time and effort to ensure that my pool was well protected from any possible debris. They did a fantastic job removing the old roofing and installing the new one. They took special care filling in the opening where my old swamp cooler used to be located and roofing over the spot. They painted the old vents and installed new ones to replace some of the old ones that needed replacement. We are extremely happy with the entire company from the roofers and Project Manager Brendon to Brooke in the office. She answered my questions and kept me posted throughout the entire process. Whenever I enter my front entry door, I can't believe how good it looks. Rick Estrella, the painter, was able to transform the old, unpainted door, and cracked, weathered trim into a look better than new. He also meticulously caulked, masked, primed, and painted the exterior siding, a new patio door, and interior areas with the same quality. He is a true professional.

I am the senior pastor of First Christian Church of Mesa. We had an incredible experience working with National First Response. They were our roofing contractor for an insurance claim, and their team went above and beyond in every way. They tirelessly advocated for us with the insurance company, performed excellent work, and were always responsive to our questions and needs. But that’s not all! Towards the end of our roof claim, we had a car crash into the front of our building, causing extensive damage. National First Response had a crew on-site within a couple of hours, quickly clearing debris and guiding us through the entire process.
