Extremely responsive...answered all questions in a timely manner...the estimator I had, Cody, was fantastic to work with and even after his estimate he stayed in communication throughout the entire process...If I ever have any issues arise or someone asks for my recommendation I will tell them to call National First Response

We had a drain pipe leak in out upstairs bathroom and extensive damage. We could not have asked for better service from Eric and Jeremy. They were fast and attentive and supportive during the whole process.

Highly recommend National First Response. We had roof damage and Bianca guided us through all the steps. She was on-site when the work was being done too. The crew was fantastic. When all the work was done, you would have never known we’d just had the entire roof replaced - there was not a spec of debris. From the initial call all the way through the final inspection, NFR was there. We could not be more pleased with the results.

I couldn’t recommend NFR enough. They were efficient and professional. Grace was such a big help and made the whole process so easy for us!

National First Response did a great job of working with my insurance company to file the claim and followed up with them until the claim was approved. Nicole was fantastic to work with and called me every few days to provide updates. The roof replacement went perfectly - materials were delivered as scheduled and the installation team was fast and professional. All of the neighbors have commented on how nice the new roof looks!

They are very helpful and quick. They deal with the insurance directly for me so I don’t have to do that part.

BRAVO to the management and staff of National First Response! After a fire in our garage in October which caused upwards of 40,000.00 in damage - thankfully, our Insurance Company sent National First Response to the rescue! These guy's are truly a Class Act - They were very thorough, and went over every step in the recovery process in detail. With all of the employees in and out of our home while we were displaced, and not one item "walked off" our property, we always got a good feeling with everyone we came in contact with everyone was stellar, but a special thanks to Chris, Guy, and Vinnie for going the extra mile! After all the repairs were complete including complete renovation of the garage, and 1 bedroom, and serious restoration to two more bedrooms, paint carpet drywall water heater and the list goes on and on ... we were back in our home in under two months. If your looking for an honest hard working restoration company, that will do the job the way you would yourself, look no further.

National First Response is a 5 star company in our opinion. We had a flood in our home which wasn’t discovered for 3 weeks since we were out of town. I called in a water restoration/mitigation company and was quite disappointed in their communication so decided not to use them for the rebuild. NFR was recommended to us and we hired them. Absolutely the best decision ever!! They kept me informed (long distance) of what was happening, sent me photo’s & video’s along with phone calls to ease my mind.
