By chance national first response stopped by our home. The best thing that ever happened to us. From that moment on we never had to do a thing or talk to anyone. They handled everything for new room taking the solar panels down and re applying. Nicole handled everything with our insurance company and kept us posted. They are top notch. The whole team from start to finish were great. The team that came out to give the estimate, to the roofers who came on time, were very courteous, and ready to work. I can’t say enough about how patient, trustworthy, and kind this team was that was behind our roof project. Jeff and Kyle kept pushing the insurance to help understand what needed to be done at our house, Brendan and Mikey were our project managers and were very prompt. We recently had our roof done by National First Response and it was the best experience. It was such an easy process and didn’t cause us any headaches and barely any of our time; which is nice when you have 3 kids. They talked to our insurance company, got them to approve a whole roof replacement when they were only going to approve a partial. The clean up was great and we’re so happy with the outcome!! The whole team was great. Kyle initially talked to Alex and got the ball rolling as to what they could do. Nicole was super responsive and answered any questions I had and was considerate by checking in on us during this whole process. Brendan was also amazing and dealt with our insurance company while he was here and answered any questions they had. I can’t recommend this company enough!

Had a great experience with the replacement of our roof with Preston. National First Response worked with our insurance and they dealt with getting the approvals and quickly installed the roof once it was approved. The workers who installed the roof were very skilled and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

At first I wasn’t too sure when the two gentlemen approached me telling me about how they’d handled everything and I’d have a new roof. In the end I couldn’t be happier, most I had to do was call the insurance. They handled everything from there after, Nicole stayed on top of keeping me informed. Once everything was approved, the crew took 2 days to strip roof and install new roof. Highly recommend giving them a call.

Both of their representatives were very helpful and professional in explaining what they were about and the quality work that they do! They went beyond of what they said they would do, with awesome results! More than satisfied!

We had NFR do a bathroom remodel for us. Their team was professional, courteous and did top notch work. They used a couple of subs (tile, custom vanity, shower glass) and they were also professional and courteous, and timely. The project included demo-ing a shower to enlarge it, installing new tile and glass walls. They also installed a new vanity and linen closet, tiled the floors, and installed a barn door. NFR was very patient with our process, and allowed us to add tiling the master bedroom and closet to match. We even had a kitchen pantry add-on to the scope. Eric Walters, our construction supervisor, was communicative and creative with problem solving. Here's a pic mid-stream, although its hard to do the work justice with a picture.

We had water damage from a drain pipe inside our outer kitchen wall. Our plumber called National First Response, they came within an hour to access our damage, and started the restoration process the next morning. From the workers who tore out our cabinets, those who handled the water issue, to the workers who finished the restoration, they were all very friendly and professional, and on time. Eric was always readily available when I called with questions, and patient. Also Alan and Rick. Thank you for a job well done!

The longest part of the process was dealing with my insurance company. That part took 9 months to an entire year to finish. (They were patient and assisted us as we went through the claims process) Once the claim was approved. No contract, no hassle. Just sent them the cost to repair and they handled the rest.NFR was then able to get my roof done in 2 weeks replacing everything. The shingles, the metal roofing. And patching up the inside issues as well.I'm currently thinking of having their assistance again at my other house.

Our church had wind and water damage that leaked into the building... a new roof was much needed... it was an old roof. We had water damage in the kitchen pantry as well on the ceiling in the Sanctuary. Colton, of National First Response was AMAZING as was the company.
