I am terrible with names, but Nicole, Mikey and all the rest of the folks at NFR were a pleasure to deal with. The crew showed up around 7am and they stripped my roof to the deck and finished applying the new roof by 5pm. They cleaned up all the debris including nails and the roof looks great! They worked with my insurance Co. to ensure all damage was identified and all repairs were approved up front.Highly recommended if you are looking to replace your roof.

We recently had our roof done by National First Response and it was the best experience. It was such an easy process and didn’t cause us any headaches and barely any of our time; which is nice when you have 3 kids. They talked to our insurance company, got them to approve a whole roof replacement when they were only going to approve a partial. The clean up was great and we’re so happy with the outcome!! The whole team was great. Kyle initially talked to Alex and got the ball rolling as to what they could do. Nicole was super responsive and answered any questions I had and was considerate by checking in on us during this whole process. Brendan was also amazing and dealt with our insurance company while he was here and answered any questions they had. I can’t recommend this company enough!

The team of roofers arrived a day earlier than expected and it was GREAT! They returned bright and early the following day and continued where they left off the prior day. They are courteous and friendly along with being efficient and very tidy. They took the time and effort to ensure that my pool was well protected from any possible debris. They did a fantastic job removing the old roofing and installing the new one. They took special care filling in the opening where my old swamp cooler used to be located and roofing over the spot. They painted the old vents and installed new ones to replace some of the old ones that needed replacement. We are extremely happy with the entire company from the roofers and Project Manager Brendon to Brooke in the office. She answered my questions and kept me posted throughout the entire process. National First Response's representative Bianca Peterson made what was a very stressful project into a pleasure. Not that replacing a roof can every be a pleasent experience, her experience, patience and working directly with our home insurance made it easier for us. The staff replacing the roof were amazing, professional on time and took about 2 day to complete the entire roof. I also work from home, yest the first day was very noisy, felt they mauy come throigh the roof, but expected with the amount fo work that was being done. The second day, all I heard were the nailing and that was not as bad. Bianca was on top of everything, communicating to the insurance company and patiently explaining to us what was going to take place and what she needed from us, etc. We are very satisfied with how sooth this all went!

Every employee we met went above and beyond in their job capacity to make sure we had the most up to date and safe replacement journey. My family will refer to them every time. Hands down the easiest construction job ever.

We have a repair shop that the roof was leaking Guy bond came out and took A look and said that the gutters were full of leaves and pine needles. Guy cleared out the debris afterwards we had no problems What a GREAT PERSON THX for all your help.

We were referred to National First Response when we had a major plumbing disaster in our home. From start to finish, this company was spot on with their service, professionalism, and care! Eric was always super responsive, and the workers could not have been better! It was a massive undertaking with a lot of moving parts, and they helped us each step of the way including assisting us with all the insurance claims. That help alone deserved them a 5 star rating! I would give them 100 stars if it let me! I absolutely recommend using this company, and wouldn't hesitate for a moment to use them again in the future!

National First Response did such an amazing job on my new roof! The old shingles were worn down and were recently damaged from a heavy windstorm. They practically worked a 12hr day in the scorching heat to reshingle the roof with wind resistant Timberline shingles. The workers were quick, polite, and were very respectful of my property ensuring there was no trash left behind after a thorough cleanup of the yard. As a bonus, the project manager offered to have the rotted sidepaneling replaced at an affordable cost. Could not recommend this company enough!

Matt & Kyle were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable all the while working with the insurance company to ensure the job was done correctly. From start to finish, they kept us updated on progress and timing to completion which was amazingly quick. We had our roof replaced and the guys were very polite and cleaned up daily. Brandon Michel was the project manager. He was polite and made sure everything went smoothly. I had a couple of small issues when we did the walk thru of the roof. They fixed them right then instead of coming back another day. The roof looks like it was never touched. A perfect job well done.
