Chris and his crew were outstanding resources in helping to restore our son's home following a fire. While another company did the major clean-up and clearing out the charred materials, Chris and his crew performed the vast majority of the rebuild - and we wish we had given the entire project to them. We loved working with Chris and his crew, the communication was excellent, they came in on budget and they did a fantastic job. They were fast and efficient. They grabbed the bull by the horns and got the job with pure precision and quality in two short months. The personnel all were very professional, they knew what to do and no problems. They handled our claim from start to finish. They responded to my calls without fail. The previous companies never got the leak/leaks fixed after numerous 10 or more attempts. I had over ninety e-mails between them and myself and all they did was complain w/ excuses about the job and they lost money and never got the leaks fixed over 9 months. The insurance company recommended this General Contractor. I only have the upmost respect and trust for National First Response. I guarantee that you will be fully satisfied by calling upon this outstanding company.

Trying to get my insurance company to approve me for a new roof after many storms for the past 4 years, Seth swore if he didn’t get the roof repaired, he would become a life guard. I think it’s safe to say he is still a roofer lol. I got updates every single week keeping me in the know and I appropriated every text, email and call I got so I was always in the loop! Excellent response time!

I had a water leak coming into my bedroom floor from an unknown source. Two plumbers could not diagnose the source. National First was able to come up with a plan to find the leak. Under the window they opened up a section of the sheetrock of the wall beneath the window. Water was sprayed outside of the window and some leaks were verified coming in below the window. Apparently, a few weeks earlier I had a bad rain storm and the wind was forcing the rain to come in below the window. It was determined that the WINDOW SEAL had failed or that there was not one installed. The plan was to pull out the window, reseal the window, reinstall it, re-sheetrock the open space, repaint the room, re-stucco the outside wall around the window, and repaint the outside wall. The carpet and carpet pad were replaced. It took several weeks to coordinate different contractors to perform all the specialty work. I was very pleased with the craftmanship and detail the workers did on the whole project. The estimate for the repair was right on spot. I had a few extra expenses for work I requested to be done that was not in the original estimate. I would recommend National First for any job relating to home repair.

Every employee we met went above and beyond in their job capacity to make sure we had the most up to date and safe replacement journey. My family will refer to them every time. Hands down the easiest construction job ever.

We had our roof inspected and James was awesome. He let us know the condition of our roof and what we needed to watch for to protect our roof. We did not have anything done to our roof at this time,but when it is necessary ,we will definitely have National First Response do the work.

The whole experience with National First Response went so well. From the very beginning all the guys who worked to repair our home due to water damage--from the water mitigation team, to all the guys who worked on the rebuild, to the painter--were fantastic. The team of roofers arrived a day earlier than expected and it was GREAT! They returned bright and early the following day and continued where they left off the prior day. They are courteous and friendly along with being efficient and very tidy. They took the time and effort to ensure that my pool was well protected from any possible debris. They did a fantastic job removing the old roofing and installing the new one. They took special care filling in the opening where my old swamp cooler used to be located and roofing over the spot. They painted the old vents and installed new ones to replace some of the old ones that needed replacement. We are extremely happy with the entire company from the roofers and Project Manager Brendon to Brooke in the office. She answered my questions and kept me posted throughout the entire process. We had our roof replaced and the guys were very polite and cleaned up daily. Brandon Michel was the project manager. He was polite and made sure everything went smoothly. I had a couple of small issues when we did the walk thru of the roof. They fixed them right then instead of coming back another day. The roof looks like it was never touched. A perfect job well done.

Fast response time, terrific job done, top notch work. Guy and Eric were great to work with. I've owned multiple homes and have done several projects including pavers, tile, patio doors, granite, backyard bbq and more. We had NFR do a bathroom remodel for us. Their team was professional, courteous and did top notch work. They used a couple of subs (tile, custom vanity, shower glass) and they were also professional and courteous, and timely. The project included demo-ing a shower to enlarge it, installing new tile and glass walls. They also installed a new vanity and linen closet, tiled the floors, and installed a barn door. NFR was very patient with our process, and allowed us to add tiling the master bedroom and closet to match. We even had a kitchen pantry add-on to the scope.
