The whole team from start to finish were great. The team that came out to give the estimate, to the roofers who came on time, were very courteous, and ready to work. They were polite and had a great attitude throughout the day. Very honest and helpful. They cleaned up as if they were never there. Very professional and were top notch.

Had to replace drywall, insulation and baseboards in addition to drying out and treating the area.

Very thurough, very helpful, knowledgeable, nice workers, very happy with repair work. Can’t remember the workers names but they were very nice, helpful men.

We had NFR do a bathroom remodel for us. Their team was professional, courteous and did top notch work. They used a couple of subs (tile, custom vanity, shower glass) and they were also professional and courteous, and timely. The project included demo-ing a shower to enlarge it, installing new tile and glass walls. They also installed a new vanity and linen closet, tiled the floors, and installed a barn door. NFR was very patient with our process, and allowed us to add tiling the master bedroom and closet to match. We even had a kitchen pantry add-on to the scope. Eric Walters, our construction supervisor, was communicative and creative with problem solving. Here's a pic mid-stream, although its hard to do the work justice with a picture.

We had water damage from a drain pipe inside our outer kitchen wall. Our plumber called National First Response, they came within an hour to access our damage, and started the restoration process the next morning. From the workers who tore out our cabinets, those who handled the water issue, to the workers who finished the restoration, they were all very friendly and professional, and on time. Eric was always readily available when I called with questions, and patient. Also Alan and Rick. Thank you for a job well done!

I am very impressed with the work that was done to return my home to its previous condition. The people involved were professional and enjoyable to work with. I was especially pleased with Jeremy and Joey who seemed to go above and beyond their job. They were always pleasant and informative. If I ever need help in the future, ( I hope not for repairs like this) I will be very quick to contact them.

I’ve been fortunate enough to work with Grace on TWO roofs this fall!!! They helped solve a solar issue AND a full roof replacement 💗 I cannot believe the speed & competence! I am terrible with names, but Nicole, Mikey and all the rest of the folks at NFR were a pleasure to deal with. The crew showed up around 7am and they stripped my roof to the deck and finished applying the new roof by 5pm. They cleaned up all the debris including nails and the roof looks great! They worked with my insurance Co. to ensure all damage was identified and all repairs were approved up front.Highly recommended if you are looking to replace your roof.

She walked me through every step, explaining the process in a way I could understand and answered every question I had. Our install team was amazing, and did a beautiful job on the roof and clean up of our yard. I would HIGHLY recommend National First Response for your roofing needs.

They came out within the first five hours. Set up their equipment and immediately began helping me with my issues... Greg was wonderful.. I cannot recommend him too highly. The entire company was at my service the entire ordeal... thanks to Vinnie also.

NFR did STELLAR work on our home. The entire roof was replaced in 4 days. Workers were very careful with tear down, install, and even clean up after (we have 2 dogs and they didn't want them being hurt). The planning stages were very easy and they even brought me samples of tiles to ensure this was the aesthetic we wanted for our home. Our solar install was also very easy, and even though we had a few tiles to replace after, it was done within 48 hours of the solar being complete. I would give 100% recommendation for their services to anyone I know!
