Our church had wind and water damage that leaked into the building... a new roof was much needed... it was an old roof. We had water damage in the kitchen pantry as well on the ceiling in the Sanctuary. Colton, of National First Response was AMAZING as was the company. We had our roof replaced and the guys were very polite and cleaned up daily. Brandon Michel was the project manager. He was polite and made sure everything went smoothly. I had a couple of small issues when we did the walk thru of the roof. They fixed them right then instead of coming back another day. The roof looks like it was never touched. A perfect job well done.

National First Response is a 5 star company in our opinion. We had a flood in our home which wasn’t discovered for 3 weeks since we were out of town. I called in a water restoration/mitigation company and was quite disappointed in their communication so decided not to use them for the rebuild. NFR was recommended to us and we hired them. Absolutely the best decision ever!! They kept me informed (long distance) of what was happening, sent me photo’s & video’s along with phone calls to ease my mind. The work they did was just OUTSTANDING in quality, timely manner and the employees who did the work were at the top of their field of expertise. We had an overhead HVAC system failure with a resulting water leak in the living room ceiling, causing a large hole in the ceiling and lighting fixture displacement. Required repairs included patching and repainting ceiling area and rehanging lighting fixture. . The technician, Steve, did a perfect restoration job. We also appreciated the fast response.

I would recommend National First Response. Grace, their project coordinator is very professional and responds quickly to all questions. She was always willing to help.

National First Response did a great job of working with my insurance company to file the claim and followed up with them until the claim was approved. Nicole was fantastic to work with and called me every few days to provide updates. The roof replacement went perfectly - materials were delivered as scheduled and the installation team was fast and professional. All of the neighbors have commented on how nice the new roof looks!

At first I wasn’t too sure when the two gentlemen approached me telling me about how they’d handled everything and I’d have a new roof. In the end I couldn’t be happier, most I had to do was call the insurance. They handled everything from there after, Nicole stayed on top of keeping me informed. Once everything was approved, the crew took 2 days to strip roof and install new roof. Highly recommend giving them a call.

NFR did STELLAR work on our home. The entire roof was replaced in 4 days. Workers were very careful with tear down, install, and even clean up after (we have 2 dogs and they didn't want them being hurt). The planning stages were very easy and they even brought me samples of tiles to ensure this was the aesthetic we wanted for our home. Our solar install was also very easy, and even though we had a few tiles to replace after, it was done within 48 hours of the solar being complete. I would give 100% recommendation for their services to anyone I know!
