We had our roof replaced and the guys were very polite and cleaned up daily. Brandon Michel was the project manager. He was polite and made sure everything went smoothly. I had a couple of small issues when we did the walk thru of the roof. They fixed them right then instead of coming back another day. The roof looks like it was never touched. A perfect job well done.

National First Response's representative Bianca Peterson made what was a very stressful project into a pleasure. Not that replacing a roof can every be a pleasent experience, her experience, patience and working directly with our home insurance made it easier for us. The staff replacing the roof were amazing, professional on time and took about 2 day to complete the entire roof. I also work from home, yest the first day was very noisy, felt they mauy come throigh the roof, but expected with the amount fo work that was being done. The second day, all I heard were the nailing and that was not as bad. Bianca was on top of everything, communicating to the insurance company and patiently explaining to us what was going to take place and what she needed from us, etc. We are very satisfied with how sooth this all went!

National First Response did a great job of working with my insurance company to file the claim and followed up with them until the claim was approved. Nicole was fantastic to work with and called me every few days to provide updates. The roof replacement went perfectly - materials were delivered as scheduled and the installation team was fast and professional. All of the neighbors have commented on how nice the new roof looks!

Every person I interacted with at National First Response was professional, responsive and competent. The project manager, Cory Schmitz guided me through the entire complicated process. That means a lot, especially when an insurance company is involved. When there was a mistake, (We all make mistakes from time to time.) Cory made sure he fixed it with a minimum of inconvenience for me. The craftsmen, especially Jeremy, who put our kitchen back together, matched Cory's degree of quality work and customer service. Every person who came to my home was 100% professional, courteous, respectful, helpful, and, most importantly, highly competent. Eric managed my project perfectly from start to finish, including explaining each step in advance so I could understand what was needed and what I would see as it happened. Going through the process was great and the communication was great. They were very professional, very fast at getting the job done. After finishing the job they did amazing with housekeeping, I appreciate them walking through my yard with a magnetic to pick up the nails.

I have own multiple commercial buildings including Auto I can save for a fact that Guy Bond and Eric Walters are the reasons why this company are so successful. On top of being extremely sincere they have what most companies don't have and that is a little thing called follow through. There motto of trust and verify I must say that I have stolen and used it in my business. The turnaround time was absolutely amazing and everything was handled 100% up to par. I had a severe water leak that was taken care of in a timely manner. I believe he's the manager but Eric was a perfectionist and Guy Bond couldn't have been more like family. National First Response is a 5 star company in our opinion. We had a flood in our home which wasn’t discovered for 3 weeks since we were out of town. I called in a water restoration/mitigation company and was quite disappointed in their communication so decided not to use them for the rebuild. NFR was recommended to us and we hired them. Absolutely the best decision ever!! They kept me informed (long distance) of what was happening, sent me photo’s & video’s along with phone calls to ease my mind. The work they did was just OUTSTANDING in quality, timely manner and the employees who did the work were at the top of their field of expertise. My insurance was being very difficult to deal with and NFR, without much of my involvement thankfully, managed the whole process and fought for me all the way. The process took months but NFR never pressured me for payment until the insurance company paid. The work by NFR, both the mitigation and rebuild, was top quality. Rick, Jeremy and David expertly restored and transformed our kitchen cabinets after our home was flooded. They carefully tented off the entire kitchen and garage to have a dust-free work zone . They took painstaking care to ensure a “perfect finish” in painting our kitchen cabinets (taping off everything, sanding, priming, and sanding again between each coat) - extremely tedious work! We are extremely happy with our new roof on house, back patio and detached shop done by National First Response Roofing . We also had some restoration work done on the inside of detached shop, water damage from roof leaks.
