They were very responsive from the initial call to all work related to water damage (drywall, flooring, cabinet, painting). Project management and all workers were very professional and great with communication.

Josh took the time to explain what he was going to do and to prepare the work area to protect adjacent areas. Josh is personable and very knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job for the repair. It is impossible to tell which area of the ceiling was repaired and the original. National First Response will be my go-to for any future repairs.

By chance national first response stopped by our home. The best thing that ever happened to us. From that moment on we never had to do a thing or talk to anyone. They handled everything for new room taking the solar panels down and re applying. Nicole handled everything with our insurance company and kept us posted. They are top notch. Steve came out to put a new back door on. He had previously fixed my vertical blinds. Both times he was extremely professional and friendly, and did a terrific job. He did the job very nicely and cleaned up after himself. Just like everyone else at NFR, he was a pleasure to work with, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

We recently had our roof done by National First Response and it was the best experience. It was such an easy process and didn’t cause us any headaches and barely any of our time; which is nice when you have 3 kids. They talked to our insurance company, got them to approve a whole roof replacement when they were only going to approve a partial. The clean up was great and we’re so happy with the outcome!! The whole team was great. Kyle initially talked to Alex and got the ball rolling as to what they could do. Nicole was super responsive and answered any questions I had and was considerate by checking in on us during this whole process. Brendan was also amazing and dealt with our insurance company while he was here and answered any questions they had. I can’t recommend this company enough!

Between, Jay, Seth, Grace and Jackie, they got it done! I recommend this company to anyone and everyone! Trying to get my insurance company to approve me for a new roof after many storms for the past 4 years, Seth swore if he didn’t get the roof repaired, he would become a life guard. I think it’s safe to say he is still a roofer lol. I got updates every single week keeping me in the know and I appropriated every text, email and call I got so I was always in the loop!
