Amazing job. Highly recommend. I worked with Kyle for my roof. At first I wasn’t to sure, i hate calling insurance, Kyle assured me he would deal with everything. He kept me in the loop the entire time. So I was aware of everything that was going on without the stress. The roof looks amazing and was done super quick once it was approved. If you’re thinking about it, you should do it. Kyle was very professional and that’s important to me because I’m female so I’m always worried I don’t know enough and can be taken advantage off.

NFR did an amazing job! They had the job done within a day and they were very cautious with the yard clean up and mindful of protecting our plants and property. My step son hired this company after they showed up at his house and offered to board it up after a fire. They are currently working on finishing it. It is a big job, and we have put our trust in National first response. Will post a pic when completed.

First Response came out when a water heater pipe failed in the wall between the bathroom and bedroom of my brother's condo. They did a great job of helping me with the insurance coverage and repairs. They had to take out the wall right down to the studs. They put everything back even better than it was in the first place. I went on to make other repairs to the condo using them beyond the water damage and they met my expectations 100%. Their pricing is reasonable and it saved me a lot of time and trouble not having to find a painter, carpet installer and electrician. Thank you Brandi, Christina and Cory!

At first I wasn’t too sure when the two gentlemen approached me telling me about how they’d handled everything and I’d have a new roof. In the end I couldn’t be happier, most I had to do was call the insurance. They handled everything from there after, Nicole stayed on top of keeping me informed. Once everything was approved, the crew took 2 days to strip roof and install new roof. Highly recommend giving them a call.

After using National First Response on many occasions, I have found them to be timely and have excellent communication. Had a roof replaced. They were courteous and worked hard. After the replacement was completed, they cleaned up and did an excellent job.

Very professional. Kayla is the best. She answered ALL my questions. I had an emergency flooding and they NFR team was at my door a little over 60 minutes just like kayla said they would. I will recommend National First Response to my family and friends.
