Josh took the time to explain what he was going to do and to prepare the work area to protect adjacent areas. Josh is personable and very knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job for the repair. It is impossible to tell which area of the ceiling was repaired and the original. National First Response will be my go-to for any future repairs.

Had a roof replaced. They were courteous and worked hard. After the replacement was completed, they cleaned up and did an excellent job.

I have own multiple commercial buildings including Auto I can save for a fact that Guy Bond and Eric Walters are the reasons why this company are so successful. On top of being extremely sincere they have what most companies don't have and that is a little thing called follow through. There motto of trust and verify I must say that I have stolen and used it in my business. The turnaround time was absolutely amazing and everything was handled 100% up to par. I had a severe water leak that was taken care of in a timely manner. I believe he's the manager but Eric was a perfectionist and Guy Bond couldn't have been more like family. I recommend this company to anybody five stars if I could give it 10 I would again thank you guy and Eric

BRAVO to the management and staff of National First Response! After a fire in our garage in October which caused upwards of 40,000.00 in damage - thankfully, our Insurance Company sent National First Response to the rescue! These guy's are truly a Class Act - They were very thorough, and went over every step in the recovery process in detail. With all of the employees in and out of our home while we were displaced, and not one item "walked off" our property, we always got a good feeling with everyone we came in contact with everyone was stellar, but a special thanks to Chris, Guy, and Vinnie for going the extra mile! After all the repairs were complete including complete renovation of the garage, and 1 bedroom, and serious restoration to two more bedrooms, paint carpet drywall water heater and the list goes on and on ... we were back in our home in under two months. If your looking for an honest hard working restoration company, that will do the job the way you would yourself, look no further.

We needed work done in our home to mainly make it more suitable for wheel chair access. Project manager Randy took full charge and supervised a plan that showed his professionalism and understanding. Craftsmen Adam and Cricket executed a variety of projects with admirable skill and adaptability. The quality results made it all a very worthwhile experience.

The team of roofers arrived a day earlier than expected and it was GREAT! They returned bright and early the following day and continued where they left off the prior day. They are courteous and friendly along with being efficient and very tidy. They took the time and effort to ensure that my pool was well protected from any possible debris. They did a fantastic job removing the old roofing and installing the new one. They took special care filling in the opening where my old swamp cooler used to be located and roofing over the spot. They painted the old vents and installed new ones to replace some of the old ones that needed replacement. We are extremely happy with the entire company from the roofers and Project Manager Brendon to Brooke in the office. She answered my questions and kept me posted throughout the entire process. By chance national first response stopped by our home. The best thing that ever happened to us. From that moment on we never had to do a thing or talk to anyone. They handled everything for new room taking the solar panels down and re applying. Nicole handled everything with our insurance company and kept us posted. They are top notch. We had water damage from a drain pipe inside our outer kitchen wall. Our plumber called National First Response, they came within an hour to access our damage, and started the restoration process the next morning. From the workers who tore out our cabinets, those who handled the water issue, to the workers who finished the restoration, they were all very friendly and professional, and on time. This is the best roofing company there is. They go out of their way to get your insurance company to pay for your roof replacement. They work with you when other companies give up right away.

Our church had wind and water damage that leaked into the building... a new roof was much needed... it was an old roof. We had water damage in the kitchen pantry as well on the ceiling in the Sanctuary. Colton, of National First Response was AMAZING as was the company. He was always on time, great communication and always responded quickly with any questions or concerns we might have had. They did a great job. Had a rocky start trying to get all the other vendors and insurance to get all the paperwork done, but once that was done, they went right to work.. I like my new roof!!

Grace, the Project Coordinator, was always available when I needed her, kept me up to date with the progress of the installation and made me feel comfortable through the whole process.
