NFR did an amazing job! They had the job done within a day and they were very cautious with the yard clean up and mindful of protecting our plants and property. I have own multiple commercial buildings including Auto I can save for a fact that Guy Bond and Eric Walters are the reasons why this company are so successful. On top of being extremely sincere they have what most companies don't have and that is a little thing called follow through. There motto of trust and verify I must say that I have stolen and used it in my business. The turnaround time was absolutely amazing and everything was handled 100% up to par. I had a severe water leak that was taken care of in a timely manner. I believe he's the manager but Eric was a perfectionist and Guy Bond couldn't have been more like family. I recommend this company to anybody five stars if I could give it 10 I would again thank you guy and Eric

They did an excellent job on our remodel. Eric our project manager kept the project on time. All crews that worked on our home were professional and courteous. They also worked hard and performed top quality work. The final product exceeded our expectations. We are so happy we chose National First Response! Update: We recently had storm damage on our roof. They came out right away to address the issues. We ended up needing a new roof and ceiling and they did a great job. Our project manager Brendan was responsive and addressed any concerns we had throughout the project. The office staff is excellent to work with. The ladies are professional, highly organized, and kind. Thank you to everyone who worked on this project. We appreciate you!

Chris and his crew were outstanding resources in helping to restore our son's home following a fire. While another company did the major clean-up and clearing out the charred materials, Chris and his crew performed the vast majority of the rebuild - and we wish we had given the entire project to them. We loved working with Chris and his crew, the communication was excellent, they came in on budget and they did a fantastic job. The whole team from start to finish were great. The team that came out to give the estimate, to the roofers who came on time, were very courteous, and ready to work. They were polite and had a great attitude throughout the day. Very honest and helpful. They cleaned up as if they were never there. Very professional and were top notch.

National First Response has been amazing to work with on an insurance claim. My insurance was being very difficult to deal with and NFR, without much of my involvement thankfully, managed the whole process and fought for me all the way. The process took months but NFR never pressured me for payment until the insurance company paid. The work by NFR, both the mitigation and rebuild, was top quality. All the people I dealt with from management to dry-wallers Were very professional I would highly recommend, without hesitation, National First Response. My step son hired this company after they showed up at his house and offered to board it up after a fire. They are currently working on finishing it. It is a big job, and we have put our trust in National first response. Will post a pic when completed.

Fantastic company! Great service in dealing with insurance company for roof replacement.

NFR did STELLAR work on our home. The entire roof was replaced in 4 days. Workers were very careful with tear down, install, and even clean up after (we have 2 dogs and they didn't want them being hurt). The planning stages were very easy and they even brought me samples of tiles to ensure this was the aesthetic we wanted for our home. Our solar install was also very easy, and even though we had a few tiles to replace after, it was done within 48 hours of the solar being complete. I would give 100% recommendation for their services to anyone I know!

We renovated our entire upstairs, and National First Response did an AMAZING job. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and friendly. You could also tell that each worker took pride in his/her craft. I also appreciated the clear communication when it came to budget and cost. NFR Roofing helped with my wind damage and assisted the claims adjuster with the claim. Kyle was the project manager that helped out and was very helpful from start to finish. Can't say enough good things about my experience with this company and Kyle. Their crew came out and took only one day to complete and did a great job. The whole experience with National First Response went so well. From the very beginning all the guys who worked to repair our home due to water damage--from the water mitigation team, to all the guys who worked on the rebuild, to the painter--were fantastic.
