The entire First Response team was both professional and educational in their repair of my water heater problem. My unit 'blew' and the team responded with quick service and repair of the damaged area...advising me of the process every step of the way......and they we always on time. They wore their masks, as expected, and did a complete and thorough job. Nicely done!!!

Matt & Kyle were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable all the while working with the insurance company to ensure the job was done correctly. From start to finish, they kept us updated on progress and timing to completion which was amazingly quick. The crews made sure safety and keeping the area clean were a priority while working efficiently and professionally. They did an excellent job on our remodel. Eric our project manager kept the project on time. All crews that worked on our home were professional and courteous. They came out right away to address the issues. We ended up needing a new roof and ceiling and they did a great job. They were very responsive from the initial call to all work related to water damage (drywall, flooring, cabinet, painting). Project management and all workers were very professional and great with communication.

My Mom met Preston from First Response at a Home and Garden Show in Phx. She was telling him about my roof situation. He told her not to worry, that they would take care of me. Preston came over and was so nice. Long story short, thanks to everyone who helped my claim, I now have a new roof. Nicole Sullivan was at the end of everything and helped push everything through. She was so kind and patient with me. The roofers were also very professional and did an excellent job. Man where to start, this company not only completed exceptional work but really went above and beyond. Eric was so easy to communicate with and got right back to me. My 89 year old grandmothers door was damaged due to a storm and they installed a new door in 1.5 hours with a new frame. They even came the next day to complete the work. The results are amazing and now I will not have to worry if she is safe at her home. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone. Thanks for everything!

I am very impressed with the work that was done to return my home to its previous condition. The people involved were professional and enjoyable to work with. The team of roofers arrived a day earlier than expected and it was GREAT! They returned bright and early the following day and continued where they left off the prior day. They are courteous and friendly along with being efficient and very tidy. They took the time and effort to ensure that my pool was well protected from any possible debris. They did a fantastic job removing the old roofing and installing the new one. They took special care filling in the opening where my old swamp cooler used to be located and roofing over the spot. They painted the old vents and installed new ones to replace some of the old ones that needed replacement. We are extremely happy with the entire company from the roofers and Project Manager Brendon to Brooke in the office. She answered my questions and kept me posted throughout the entire process. Found this company on the Heros for Hire group. Though they are not firefighters, they responded quickly and their team handled my remodel with amazing speed and high quality work. They worked with my schedule and were reasonably priced for the work I had done. I'll definitely use them again for future projects.

The longest part of the process was dealing with my insurance company. That part took 9 months to an entire year to finish. (They were patient and assisted us as we went through the claims process) Once the claim was approved. No contract, no hassle. Just sent them the cost to repair and they handled the rest.NFR was then able to get my roof done in 2 weeks replacing everything. The shingles, the metal roofing. And patching up the inside issues as well.I'm currently thinking of having their assistance again at my other house.

What a refreshing experience after having a disappointing and expensive experience with another roofer. These guys were First Class. From Price, to Promptness, to Professionalism, Everything when as Promised. And my roof was a mess. The clean up was also amazing. My step son hired this company after they showed up at his house and offered to board it up after a fire. They are currently working on finishing it. It is a big job, and we have put our trust in National first response. Will post a pic when completed.
