What an awesome team they have! Shout out to Nicole Sullivan! She helped to make this a great experience. I did have a concern once the work was finished and she helped resolve the concern in less then two days! I would definitely recommend National First Response for all of your roofing needs!

After my 3 years of mostly unaided struggles through natural disaster cleanups, National First Response’s combined insurance claims and construction assistance with my hail-ravaged roof was literally a godsend. From lifting the entire insurance burden off my elderly shoulders to installation of a new roof so well-crafted that even the insurance assessor labeled it “beautiful,” every staff member I dealt with both online and in person was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, friendly, and patient. Their highly experienced operations manager Nicole Sullivan, in particular, kept me regularly updated over the entire claims-to-build process with informative, congenial, personalized notes, always promptly answering my questions and fully addressing my concerns. Claims specialist Zach Lenhart expertly handled insurance inspections and communications, arriving early to every appointment with unfailing cheerfulness. The actual roof build, carried out by project manager Miguel Trinidad and his friendly hard-working crew, went as speedily, smoothly, unobtrusively, and cleanly as could be hoped for, marked most especially by their obvious pride in creating a quality product. Without reservation, I highly recommend National First Response to all those needing insurance-linked construction services, but particularly to senior citizens like myself with physical or health limitations. All my initial dread of a potential insurance claim/building contractor nightmare (as endured by some of my neighbors) was quickly dispelled by NFR’s broad experience, professional expertise, and above all, reliability.

After a mishap in the attic, we had a big hole in our ceiling. We called National First Response and they were out within a day to fix it. Would like to commend the work of Joey. He did a great job and was very professional. The damaged area was replaced with new drywall and he texturized and painted; looks like nothing ever happened. Thank you to Joey and National First Response. Super fast response time and the work looks great.

We had a drain pipe leak in out upstairs bathroom and extensive damage. We could not have asked for better service from Eric and Jeremy. They were fast and attentive and supportive during the whole process.

NFR replaced our roof shingles. From first contact to last bit of clean up, we were satisfied by the quality and professionalism. From James, head of the roofing division, to Diego, whose remarkable crew performed the tear-off and installation of the shingles. Being personally retired from the construction industry after 50 years, this company and crew were absolutely the best we have had the pleasure of dealing with and the finest craftsmanship of roofing and carpentry skill I have personally witnessed. Omar came to my home to install new floors after a flood, he was very professional and patient with all my questions. In my older home nothing is straight, when something didn't fit as it should he figured it out a way to solve the issue without sacrificing the look of the home. Highly recommend Omar if you are given an option to pick your crew.

The whole team from start to finish were great. The team that came out to give the estimate, to the roofers who came on time, were very courteous, and ready to work. They were polite and had a great attitude throughout the day. Very honest and helpful. They cleaned up as if they were never there. Very professional and were top notch.

The longest part of the process was dealing with my insurance company. That part took 9 months to an entire year to finish. (They were patient and assisted us as we went through the claims process) Once the claim was approved. No contract, no hassle. Just sent them the cost to repair and they handled the rest.NFR was then able to get my roof done in 2 weeks replacing everything. The shingles, the metal roofing. And patching up the inside issues as well.I'm currently thinking of having their assistance again at my other house.

Like almost any activity, there were some minor communication/coordination issues but overall things went fine. Would recommend the firm (particularly the roofing division) as they replaced my roof (from wood shales to regular shingles. Work crews were fantastic.

National First Response was there for us in the early morning just before Christmas when we found our 2nd floor boy's bathroom had an angle stop leak at 4am with water coming down through the ceiling below into our first floor and garage. Within an hour or so of my call to their 24 hour response number their remediation team was at work extracting the water and drying out our home. This quick response allowed our home to not incur any issues at all with mold which is huge when it comes to water damage. They have been phenomenal in not only the remediation part but with helping our family navigate the back and forth with both our insurance carrier and our mortgage company. We are now over 80% complete with the rebuild and we could not be happier with the way our home is coming back together and with the up to date communication and professionalism of their techs. We recently had our roof done by National First Response and it was the best experience. It was such an easy process and didn’t cause us any headaches and barely any of our time; which is nice when you have 3 kids. They talked to our insurance company, got them to approve a whole roof replacement when they were only going to approve a partial. The clean up was great and we’re so happy with the outcome!! The whole team was great. Kyle initially talked to Alex and got the ball rolling as to what they could do. Nicole was super responsive and answered any questions I had and was considerate by checking in on us during this whole process. Brendan was also amazing and dealt with our insurance company while he was here and answered any questions they had. I can’t recommend this company enough!

After that tornado/microburst in September of 2023, my roof sustained some major damage. Kyle Cordova did a free inspection and gave me a detailed report of the damage. He also called the insurance company with me and established NFR's involvement as my contractor. Kyle worked directly with the insurance company to get everything covered. I also door damage from th3 same storm so Kyle connected me with the right division within his company to get that fixed as well. At my house, we have quite a few animals and I explained to Kyle about the care that needed to be taken for their health and safety. This was relayed to Justin, who was the on-site project manager. There was a miscommunication with the crew on site that led to an issue. One call to Kyle and Justin took care of it, and there were no further issues. I am very happy with the end result and how my roof looks. There was a delay, on my insurance company's part, on getting my door done but that is now in the works as well. Nicole, in the office, has been fantastic to work with on the payments from the insurance company and my deductible. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this company. The customer service, and care, that I have received has been top notch.​

Great group of guy's very clean building.

We had NFR do a bathroom remodel for us. Their team was professional, courteous and did top notch work. They used a couple of subs (tile, custom vanity, shower glass) and they were also professional and courteous, and timely. The project included demo-ing a shower to enlarge it, installing new tile and glass walls. They also installed a new vanity and linen closet, tiled the floors, and installed a barn door. NFR was very patient with our process, and allowed us to add tiling the master bedroom and closet to match. We even had a kitchen pantry add-on to the scope. These guys are so awesome! Friendly, to the point, straightforward, straight shooters, won't screw you around, do what they say they do and do it well. They're currently fixing a flood for me due to a plumbing company's incompetent/lazy workers not being able to correctly diagnose a simple leak. My drywall, floor and carpet was sitting in water for 7 days and they came in with their mold guns and are now vibrating the water molecules out of my walls with huge fans and retesting with their mold guns. Apparently it's possible to dry your walls quickly with all this equipment without going through a severe mold issue! Saved me ALOT of headache! THANK YOU GUYS!!! GREAT JOB!!! I don't remember all their names, but I've met 4 of them now and each and every one has been a pleasure, very professional, skilled, great customer service, attitude and thorough.

So where to start. A few months back, during our atmospheric river rain, I developed a roof leak. I live in a patio home with a flat roof. I went on Angie's list and selected four contractors to come out and give me a quote for roof replacements. Each one went up on the roof and saw a pot of gold and wrote their quotes. Why was I shocked? I didn't know what I was going to do. I then got a call from Brendan from National First Response as he saw my requests on Angie's list. He asked me if they could come out and look at my roof. I said sure. We got up on the roof and started looking around and he brought to my attention that my roof had major hail and wind damage, so we needed to contact my insurance company first and get an adjuster out to look at the roof. The insurance adjuster looked at my roof and agreed with Brendan. The insurance company wrote up their quote of what they said they would pay to do the needed work of replacing the roof. Nicole in the office was my go-to person to set up scheduling. She did a fantastic job of keeping me informed of all aspects of the work. She made me feel comfortable with all the work that was going to be performed on my house as this was no small job. She made me feel very confident that no corners were going to be cut regarding my roof repairs. Nicole scheduled the start date and sent Michael, the project manager of this job, out to go over with me the aspects of the job. Fantastic young man! The crew showed up on time and got right to work stripping the roof. Once the roof was stripped, they discovered the wood decking was damaged. Nicole said don't worry, Michael was getting photos and they were submitting an additional damage report to the insurance company. They followed up with my insurance company to get the approval for the decking replacement. Now mind you, not all insurance companies are alike. They also worked with me to replace the fascia along the edge of the house and to bring the patio roof and laundry room, which was flat, to conform with the rest of the roof at a fair price. Bottom line, if I could push the golden buzzer on National First Response I would. Thank you, Nicole on giving me a five-star confidence of your company, Michael for being extremely professional in your work and crew and also your crew, who did an excellent job in craftsmanship. I guess I don't have to say that I highly recommend this fantastic company, which is rare in this day and age.

National First Response did an amazing job on my roof. I didn’t had an idea of where to go or what to do, but they assisted me on every step of the process. They guided me on how to file the claim what to expect and even were present during the inspections to make sure the insurance pull through. They used the best materials, the workers and project managers were fast, clean, and constantly asked if I had any concerns. My whole roof was done in a couple of hours and the whole process was seamless. NFR Roofing Division Project manager Brandon Clayton and his experienced roofing crew, headed by Diego Trinidad, did an excellent job of replacing my roof after it sustained wind damage. Brandon was easy to work with, communicative and patient. Even though he was handling a lot of other jobs due to the monsoon, he always got back to me in a timely manner to answer any questions or concerns. Brandon was a huge asset, helping me to understand and negotiate the insurance claim process.
Bottom Line: The work was professional and it was completed quickly, the roofers showed up on time, worked hard and well together, cleaned up after themselves; everybody was efficient and polite. Best of all, the contract I signed specified that NFR Roofing Division would do the work needed to replace my roof for the amount my insurance company authorized, and that my only cost would be my insurance deductible. They were true to their word. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Brandon Clayton at National First Response Roofing, and I love my roofing replacement!

I had a water leak coming into my bedroom floor from an unknown source. Two plumbers could not diagnose the source. National First was able to come up with a plan to find the leak. Under the window they opened up a section of the sheetrock of the wall beneath the window. Water was sprayed outside of the window and some leaks were verified coming in below the window. Apparently, a few weeks earlier I had a bad rain storm and the wind was forcing the rain to come in below the window. It was determined that the WINDOW SEAL had failed or that there was not one installed. The plan was to pull out the window, reseal the window, reinstall it, re-sheetrock the open space, repaint the room, re-stucco the outside wall around the window, and repaint the outside wall. The carpet and carpet pad were replaced. It took several weeks to coordinate different contractors to perform all the specialty work. I was very pleased with the craftmanship and detail the workers did on the whole project. The estimate for the repair was right on spot. I had a few extra expenses for work I requested to be done that was not in the original estimate. I would recommend National First for any job relating to home repair.

My experience up to this point has been great they kept their word on everything they commited to. They backed their work with an above industry standard waranty and came in after another contractor could not and would not do the work and they got my house back in order. As long as they back the warranty they provided and back their work if ever needed I highly recomend future business with National First Respnce.

Amazing job. Highly recommend. I worked with Kyle for my roof. At first I wasn’t to sure, i hate calling insurance, Kyle assured me he would deal with everything. He kept me in the loop the entire time. So I was aware of everything that was going on without the stress. The roof looks amazing and was done super quick once it was approved. If you’re thinking about it, you should do it. Kyle was very professional and that’s important to me because I’m female so I’m always worried I don’t know enough and can be taken advantage off.

With all of the employees in and out of our home while we were displaced, and not one item "walked off" our property, we always got a good feeling with everyone we came in contact with everyone was stellar, but a special thanks to Chris, Guy, and Vinnie for going the extra mile! After all the repairs were complete including complete renovation of the garage, and 1 bedroom, and serious restoration to two more bedrooms, paint carpet drywall water heater and the list goes on and on ... we were back in our home in under two months. If your looking for an honest hard working restoration company, that will do the job the way you would yourself, look no further.

I can't say enough great things about this company. No one wants to have a disaster in their homes or business. It is one of the most stressful and crazy times a person can have in their lives. This company actually cares. From the time they answer the phone you know you're in great hands and someone is starting to put life back together again.
I have been a plumbing contractor for more than 20 years and I have seen a lot of floods and a lot of restoration companies in my day. The majority of them are out for a quick buck and fake damage just so they can bull their insurance.
Not this company! They are the absolute opposite. I have seen them choose to do the right thing over and over and over again as they educate their clients on options and actually try to save them money. This company is more concerned about the welfare of their client than they are their pocket book and that is why they are the company I refer with confidence. I know that my client will get their house back as quickly as humanly possible and I have put them in the hands of someone I would unequivocally use in my own home.

I would like to give a shout out to all Who were involved in the restoration of my bathroom due to a plumbing leak. My restoration required mitigation for water damage under bathroom vanity and flooring.

Vinnie was awesome in getting things started and insuring that all necessary precautions were taken to preventing any mold , Vinnie also was very helpful with expediting the seal up of my bathroom walls in order to keep the outside elements outside.

Ahmad and Alan were also outstanding in the demo work they performed. These guys really brought awesome customer service and attitude to the job which was very reassuring to me the customer. They were clean and thorough in their process of removing damaged sheet rock and insulation.

The gentlemen responsible for sealing up my , who's names I forgot, were also outstanding and very empathetic to my concerns with getting my bathroom wall sealed so as to keep all the elements outside during peak heat of the summer. They too were very thourouh in the the sheet rock restoration work they performed.

All in all I highly recommend these guys because they also do a great job dealing directly with my insurance (State Farm) as well. According to State Farm they do come highly recommended because the insurance company rarely deals with oversights with National first response.

I done a lot of research before going with National first response. I received 7 quotes, and everyone was trying to charge me more money for my roof replacement. I’m happy how fast they completed the job and made sure they took care of all my damage wood trim before installing the shingles. They also removed the gutters for no extra charge. National First Response did such an amazing job on my new roof! The old shingles were worn down and were recently damaged from a heavy windstorm. They practically worked a 12hr day in the scorching heat to reshingle the roof with wind resistant Timberline shingles. The workers were quick, polite, and were very respectful of my property ensuring there was no trash left behind after a thorough cleanup of the yard. As a bonus, the project manager offered to have the rotted sidepaneling replaced at an affordable cost. Could not recommend this company enough!

Not that replacing a roof can every be a pleasent experience, her experience, patience and working directly with our home insurance made it easier for us. The staff replacing the roof were amazing, professional on time and took about 2 day to complete the entire roof. I also work from home, yest the first day was very noisy, felt they mauy come throigh the roof, but expected with the amount fo work that was being done. The second day, all I heard were the nailing and that was not as bad. At first I wasn’t too sure when the two gentlemen approached me telling me about how they’d handled everything and I’d have a new roof. Rick Estrella, the painter, was able to transform the old, unpainted door, and cracked, weathered trim into a look better than new. First Response came out when a water heater pipe failed in the wall between the bathroom and bedroom of my brother's condo. They did a great job of helping me with the insurance coverage and repairs. They had to take out the wall right down to the studs. They put everything back even better than it was in the first place. I went on to make other repairs to the condo using them beyond the water damage and they met my expectations 100%. My overall experience with NFR was very positive mainly because of the dedicated follow-up of Grace and Mike. The crew sent to do the work took longer than expected with some minor details not completed. When I called Grace she was excellent in her concern and diligent follow-up with me. The best!!! My relationship with company began a few weeks ago when my plumber (Robins Plumbing excellent) identified that our dishwasher was leaking into our kitchen island.

National First Response (NFR) recently did my roof underlayment replacement and an interior repair. It started with a roof leak during raining and a small water damage it caused. I called NFR and they dispatched Mike over on the same day. Mike immediately placed a tarp to cover the leak area, with no change (regardless of whether or not NFR would be hired for further roof work). One other company would charge $500 for just putting a tarp on. NFR did an awesome job on the interior repair. After a small patch of drywall replaced and repainted, it looked like nothing happened. I was very pleased.

The work crew were awesome , great tradesmen they were very up beat and efficient with lots of details on the job. From the beginning I felt they delivered on what they told us they were going to do. I felt they were trustworthy and professional and no hassles. You will be happy with everyone that will be in contact with, extremely helpful with kindness, it is rare these days, but they know how to take care of a customer.

Steve who has done drywall repair in our house twice now is by far the best drywaller I have ever seen. It is really hard to find quality craftsmanship but Steve really pays attention to close detail and can match any texture, he is a true drywall artist. When it comes to the service industry it is obviously very hard to please every single customer. Especially if those customers are in crisis mode and their house is flooded and need to find a hotel where them and there animals can stay for however long it takes to get back to 100%... We had our roof replaced and the guys were very polite and cleaned up daily. Brandon Michel was the project manager. He was polite and made sure everything went smoothly. I had a couple of small issues when we did the walk thru of the roof. They fixed them right then instead of coming back another day. The roof looks like it was never touched. A perfect job well done.

We had an overhead HVAC system failure with a resulting water leak in the living room ceiling, causing a large hole in the ceiling and lighting fixture displacement. Required repairs included patching and repainting ceiling area and rehanging lighting fixture. . The technician, Steve, did a perfect restoration job. We also appreciated the fast response.

Rick, Jeremy and David expertly restored and transformed our kitchen cabinets after our home was flooded. They carefully tented off the entire kitchen and garage to have a dust-free work zone . The team of roofers arrived a day earlier than expected and it was GREAT! They returned bright and early the following day and continued where they left off the prior day. On top of being extremely sincere they have what most companies don't have and that is a little thing called follow through. We are extremely happy with our new roof on house, back patio and detached shop done by National First Response Roofing . We also had some restoration work done on the inside of detached shop, water damage from roof leaks. So lets preface this review by the fact that Insurance is the biggest hurdle and annoyance in this process. NFR (Eric) stood by us every day as we waited to see what insurance was going to cover. He contacted the adjuster and worked to get items missed in the original adjustment covered. Unfortunately insurance slowed the process down and what should have been a demo and repair in a week took almost 2 months, uggghhhh. NFR performed a professional demo and repair at a reasonable rate and in a timely manner. Thank you.

Man where to start, this company not only completed exceptional work but really went above and beyond. Eric was so easy to communicate with and got right back to me. My 89 year old grandmothers door was damaged due to a storm and they installed a new door in 1.5 hours with a new frame. They even came the next day to complete the work. NFR did STELLAR work on our home. The entire roof was replaced in 4 days. Workers were very careful with tear down, install, and even clean up after (we have 2 dogs and they didn't want them being hurt). The planning stages were very easy and they even brought me samples of tiles to ensure this was the aesthetic we wanted for our home. Our solar install was also very easy, and even though we had a few tiles to replace after, it was done within 48 hours of the solar being complete. I am terrible with names, but Nicole, Mikey and all the rest of the folks at NFR were a pleasure to deal with. The crew showed up around 7am and they stripped my roof to the deck and finished applying the new roof by 5pm. They cleaned up all the debris including nails and the roof looks great! They worked with my insurance Co. to ensure all damage was identified and all repairs were approved up front.Highly recommended if you are looking to replace your roof.

Chris is a marvel to work with. He was able to help us get a new roof in a very short time. I’m forever grateful and it looks so nice. Great clean up too!

I'm a recent 84 year old widow and out of my "Flooding Tragedy" came the wonderful staff of NFR. They took over to coordinate, and provide guidance and support throughout the whole restoration. They negottiated with insurance to provide the best possible outcome and EVERYONE treated me with concern and respect and took the time to explain every detail. From demolition to the final painting, nothing was overlooked. They extended themselves far beyound all my expectations.
